Ordered a Kickr Climb on Monday 13/07/2020 and was delivered on Wednesday, 21/07/2020 as new and well packed. (Item was shipped on Friday, 17/07/2020) Got a 7% discount on UK prices and very pleased with both customer service and delivery. Would definitely order from Bergzeit again.

I recently bought this inner tent and believed it to be a genuine outwell product. The picture they use in the advert is nothing like the item I have been supplied with and apart from the bag saying outwell there is nothing on the actual item to say it is outwell which is strange as every other thing we have from outwell has its logo on somewhere. Very angry as the item is not fit for purpose and doesn’t fit our tide annexe. Waiting for a response to my complaint.

I ordered a watch 1 month ago, received faulty, sent back to them, they insure me to send another one as exchange, called them after fews days to know where is my second watch but they still mess up with my order, been calling them SEVERAL time without getting any answer, then when they answer on the phone any different people on the customer service gave me the different answer. Im so upset with it! Very Bad!

Ordered a Turbo Trainer for delivery to the UK and it only took 4 days to arrive. I had issue in given them an incorrect email address, but customer services were great and kept me informed of my order and when it was dispatched from the German Warehouse. Would certainly recommend

Bought a Garmin watch from this company saving over £150 on UK prices. Watch arrived witin 7 days with full tracking information provided. Would definately use again.

Ordered the Garmin Instinct Tactical watch 19 May 2020. Communication was great from the company- delays due to COVID19 are totally understandable.

in any case it arrived today (28 May)- absolutely brand new, packaging totally undamaged and works perfectly.

Can't fault them for value as this was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than anywhere else.

Ordered a Kickr Climb on Sunday 19/04/20. Email confirming dispatch on 22/04. Delivered on 29/04 with a couple of DHL email updates in between. 10 days from Germany to a Scotland in a global pandemic - can’t complain! Product was significantly cheaper than UK retailers and in stock so ordering was a no-brainer. Wahoo’s customer service and repairs are second to none so no fears about not buying local and returning etc. I’d read differing views on Bergzeit but in my experience they were excellent. The product was original, brand new with no signs of ever having been a previous return. I’ll definitely order with them again.

Shipment or Meindl walking shoes was fine (ordered 8th May, received 15 May) but... absolutely plain to see that Shoes have been worn before, outside. Soles are dirty with ingrained dirt in some of the grooves (pictures available). The Gortex tag was not attached either. The uppers & inners all look unmarked.

I won't use again.

Purchased a Garmin Instinct Tactical watch - £70 cheaper than UK stores, delivery took 10 days from point of order. To do this from Germany to UK, during a global COVID pandemic affecting supply chains is not only fantastic service, but great price too. Updates on dispatch were provided by automated email service and delivered via DHL. I'd most certainly use Bergzeit again, without hesitation.

Bergzeit are obviously (like everybody else) facing issues in the current covid crisis with comunication and communicating confirmations and dealing with queries however there were no issues with payment and my NW razor mountain bike shoes in a colourway not available in the UK were delivered by DHL in about 8 days .. not bad in current circumstances from Germany especialy as they were subject to free delivery .. and I believe free return if needed so satisfied .. recomended

Having ordered from several small and large websites during this pandemic, including medical websites who of course are majorly under a huge work load, I was very surprised by this companies lack of communication and despatch date!

I was meant to receive my goods several days ago as they were an important item and this was expressed several times and when I found out I would not get the item in time I requested a refund and then at that time it was magically despatched. So the delivery issue was on their part not despatching the item when they said they would based on their on date on the product page.

The delivery time once on the road was what I expected and fantastic ( thanks DHL) but how this company can not reply to an email sent over a week ago but some how can update their social media pages everyday in depth is beyond me. It shows a lack of care for customers once they have paid.

My item was very expensive too!

In future I would possibly buy from them again if they had an Item I couldn't get anywhere else and was fairly cheap, but as it stands I am unlikely to use this shop or recommend it to any one else.

bergzeit dispatched my item from Germany to England it as taken 11 days and they use DHL which are apalling you cant conact them they just pass you from Dhl to its not our fault contact dhl parcel not dhl its just laughable they leave you a card saying they returned item to depot because no neighbour was home???? on a street with 20 neighbours during the pandemic ?????? they say they will deliver the following day so stayed in all day couldnt contact them at all and parcel still not here. i blame Bergzeit for using Dhl and i blame DHL for being completley useless

Ordered a Wechel Pathfinder Zero g tent in October 2019 - I'm just writing the review now, as I'd forgotten I'd used that company until I searched my email box for their name. Excellent service back in October, so my question about whether to order from them now is answered, going right ahead. The tent was dispatched from Germany and arrived in the UK very quickly and tracked.

Ordered a Fenix 6 pro on 5th March and it arrived on 12th March. Updates from DHL were slow and it took 5 working days. However, the customer service team at Berzeit were really helpful. The product arrived nicely packed and as ordered. Thank you.

Hestra mittens were at a great price so despite the reviews I decided to order these (for next season).
The communication was excellent and they arrived quickly.

I just wanted to share my very positive experience with Bergzeit.
I placed an order on 21st February and I received it on the 25th February. They acknowledged my order, gave me an order number and when it came to delivery I was sent a txt with the courier name and an hours time slot and it arrived within that time. This is as fast as anything ordered in this country and it was cheaper.

Good quality service and product arrived in no time. Considering this item was delivered from Germany the turnaround was very fast. Also, my item (Mammut Chamuera) was an absolute bargain, more affordable even than on the Mammut website. Would shop with Bergzeit again.

Genuine bargains can be had if you keep your eyes peeled.
Decent lead times too.
