My car was recently recalled for a faulty air bag. I brought it to BMW Berry Thames Ditton, I can not fault them.
The whole process from start to finish was really easy.
All the staff were so friendly and very helpful.

Excellent service from start to finish by Richard Burton. No haggling on price or part exchange value. Richard Burton made the whole experience easy and very straight forward. Explained all the additional add-ons with no pressure sell. Even on collection day, the handover was easy with everything being explained to me and in place. First time using Berry in Thames Ditton and pleased to say that I would not hesitate using them again or recommending Richard Burton to anyone. Even colleagues at front desk were helpful with a warm welcome.

As usual Berry Thames Ditton BMW is above and beyond with their services. Dropped my car in the morning to have brake pads changed and collected a few hours later ready including cleaned. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

The sales person, Lucy Donnelly, engaged us shortly after we entered the showroom in a friendly way. She asked good questions, was knowledgeable about the cars and talked us through the options without any pressure. This was in stark contrast to our experiences with other dealers and their sales people. She also made the actual sale process easy despite all the paperwork.

Jason Wright runs this BMW dealership very efficiently. I have followed his career from Sales Executive to Dealer Principal - Head of Business having purchased numerous cars over 30yrs.

The deals offered have been fair and the customer service from Lonny Cheng is exceptional. Impressive product knowledge, consistency, prompt administration and after sales support.
