Worst experience so far. The guy who inspected the car went under it and started to hammer every square cm and finally succeeded to break a brake pipe. Told me that I need to get a sticker in my windshield "Driving Forbidden". Luckily near Besikta Våxnäs, Karlstad, there is a Meka workshop and the guys were kind enough to fix my car without an appointment. I paid 1400 Sek for the repair (800 Sek workmanship for 10 minutes of work) and I presented myself half an hour later to Besikta. They charged me another 490 Sek or so for the 2nd inspection... But the car still didn't pass, because I needed to adjust my left headlight and change a "rusty brake line. I got home and did adjusted the light. Took about 30 seconds to do it. Also took the brake line and cleaned it. It was in almost new condition. Just some discoloration and superficial rust. I cleaned it and looks shiny now. It's all about money, as other people stated. Of course I'm not ever going to them again.

I had a terrible experience due to extremely rude staff. I would recommend booking your inspection elsewhere to save your time.

I arrived six minutes late, and the technician refused to inspect the car. He simply sat there while I watched. I had to rebook an appointment and pay again because my previous payment was not refunded.

The technician was not only rude but also unprofessional. One of the rear seat belt clips was tucked under the seat because I had folded it earlier. He threatened to fail the car inspection because he couldn't see the seatbelt, even though it should have been clear to him where the hook was.

Additionally, he told me that my dash cam's is recording and it is illegal. He also objected to the presence of a car seat, which I promptly removed and placed in the trunk. He seemed offended by something I did, leading to his unacceptable behavior. This incident reflects poorly on the company's staff training.

Professional and friendly service. The technician inspecting my car spoke good English which helped me with my limited Swedish. When asked about the extra electronic checks offered, the answer was reasonable and not pushy. I would not hesitate to go back.

I was late 2min (checked my phone on the spot) for the inspection and the person refused to go ahead with my booking. I had take 2 hours out from work.

Forget the köp/sälj- besiktning. Went to Getene and first didn't get the right protocol and no OBD-analysis. Came back the next day and they wanted me to pay extra even though it was included in the price from the begining. Then they made the OBD-analysis but explained that they could not see very much because it wasn't a full OBD, and adviced me to get one, and that just about any mechanic shop could do one. Perhaps I shouldn't expekt more from a person with a neck tattoo saying "keep it real", anyways Besikta is all fake.

Went to a besikta in Stockholm/Västberga. They told me I need to fix my brake pipes and I would have to come back. Drove with the car to a mechanical shop. He lifted the car up and looked at it and said "There is nothing wrong here". I went back the next day and the car passed.

I was in Tyresö Myggdalsvägen 2 at Besikta and while the worker drove out my car he gut stucked in their metall ramp and destroyed my side mirrow glass.
It simply fall out ,anf´d the managers say ohh this happens quite often we cannot take responsibility.
In All my years driving i have never heard about a case like that and they want to say it is normal.I would question more why it happens so often with them.
However nobody wants to take over the responsibility for this and they say it happened after the besiktning.
I am pregnant and they were just not customer orientated and rude.However due to law they are obliged to pay for that and if there will be no solution for this i will take this to the police.
Never again.

Had to wait 45min. before my turn. When inquired the personal said system fault, people who had late appointments was served before me. Called customer service and they said we cannot do anything about it! Oe of the worst experience.
