Otrevligt och oprofessionellt bemötande
Yesterday I visited Opus Luleå Krossvägen. One of the staff was completely impolite and arrogant. As one other reviewer has written below he just told me "pay there" without looking at me when I was talking to him. Suddenly he claimed the electric towbar (infällbar dragkrok) does not work. When one other staff took the car out for driving I asked that arrogant staff can I check the electric towbar myself one time. Again without looking at me he just rudely said "No". When I went out to receive the car from other staff, who was more polite, I requested to check the towbar myself. I pressed the button once and guess what it worked without any problem!!
Being unskilled is one thing but being impolite and arrogant to think you are someone over your customers is something else.
Last year I sent a complaint directly to Opus which they forwarded to the manager in Luleå but he didn't bother to answer. This time I decided to write a review here.
