Experience overall was not a scam. However when we first booked we were promised tickets at a super low price had called and the tickets ended up being double. We still saved about 50% as booking with the airlines. Give these gúy a chance ethan was great all tickets wete verified with airlines. Will be using them again!

At first I was excited that I found…
At first I was excited that I found this sight cause the fares were remarkable. Booked my 6 tickets and waited for conformation.
Got a phone call that rates were no longer available and they found me a new rate that was higher than what I originally puchased. Was disappointed YES but the price was still better than the going rates on the other sites and I was going to the Islands.
There were some other hiccups along the way but they tried there best to get me the best deal they could.
I will say you have to firm and dont just settle for anything. All in all would I use them again? Maybe if there rates are cheaper than the going rate shopping around.
Is this economy today we all want great prices but sometimes its hard prices are just outrageous for everything

As reported by others, this company is a scam and is practiced at "bait and switch" tactics. Flights are offered at prices that are not legitimate and additional (excessive) charges are then required for standard travel items such as luggage. The business plan appears to be to attract potential customers with low prices and then barter additional charges for a valid ticket. I struggle to understand how they continue to do business in the US....they clearly are not operating within US consumer laws... Avoid this agency!

If I could give a zero I would
If I could give a zero I would. Booked a flight due to urgent family need. Received an email and a voice mail later that day asking me to call as soon as possible to go over details. Called and got "Oliver" who tried to tell me that I had to pay extra to take anything other than my purse with me. Told him my purse is a backpack and after some back and forth, he finally told me I would have my ticket in 24 hours to my email. Tonight I got a call telling me that the ticket I booked would now cost $1100 and in two seconds he then said $1400 and that was from a supervisor. This is a scam!!! They are absolutle thieves and lie to people who use this service! Don't do it, you will only be ripped off.

I have read reviews and understand concerns. I did not get the price advertised as well. However, be patient and let them do their due diligence. I shopped fares for two months, everyday, and they got me a non-stop United roundtrip fare at less than half of all other sites. Do not know how they did it, but I have my e-tickets from United.

Not sure if trustpilot verifies review but looks like they don't. If you see all the positive reviews of bestairfares are by mostly users who have zero before reviewing bestairfares. I went thru pages and mostly I saw + reviews from new users, looks like cooked up users and bad reviews are from user who had been active for a while or have more than one review... makes me wonder about bestairfares and now even for trust pilot who is rating 4 star.

Booked 2 tickets to Puerto Rico at 3:00 pm on 18 Jan 2023. $401.00 for each. Got a confirmation code from Bestairfares.com immediately. Then Received an email at 6:20 pm from sales at bestairfares.com that "due to unforeseen circumstances, your original flights with American Airlines..., as per booking reference D79M35, have experienced a change in availability.... we have successfully arranged a new flight for you... $629.88. Over 50% more! Then shortly after the email I get a call from Jake trying to sell me this ticket explaining to me Bestfares has no control over pricing only the airline do. I asked him why they are advertising for way less if they dont have "control" over the ticket price. His explanation was nonsense. As of this moment 7:30PM their website is still offering tickets at $401.00 for the same trip. SCAM COMPANY. Stay away!

Fraud Alert!
On October 13, we booked three tickets to Lima Peru with Alan of Bestairfares. At the time, we paid the cost of the airline tickets and an agency booking fee of 688.05. We were happy to do so as the price was the cheapest we could find during the busy Christmas season.
Fast forward to the first week of December and we were notified by Delta Airlines that our reservations were canceled. I was told they were booked by the agency which knowingly knew they were unavailable. Delta could not re- book my tickets and suggested I take it up with the agency that booked my flights.
Bestairfares told me the airline was lying to me. After going back and forth with both parties, the Delta supervisor explained that I was a victim of fraud and suggested a three way call that would prove it.
I called Bestairfares, and asked to speak to as supervisor who was once again unavailable as. The representative I was talking to refused to speak on a three way with Delta, saying they were only going to lie.
I then ended up booking my own flights at a now much higher cost. When I asked Bestairfares to refund their booking fee they said they would but that it would take 7-10 days. When it never came I asked once again to speak to a supervisor. They told me he was unavailable, but promised I would receive a call the next day, never happened
Called back and was promised that my refund would be refunded once again. It wasn’t. Now I am being told that a refund takes at least two or three billing cycles and instead could only receive a credit voucher.
It is now very obvious. This company makes knowingly invalid reservations in order to steal your money. This company cannot be trusted. Scam artists!

Run , it is bait and switch shop
I had booked 3 tickets for Cancun, Mexico for myself, wife and son in September 2023. And the total price was $1700 in Delta airlines from JFK, New York.
After booking I got email from Delta that my reservation has been cancelled and refund will be provided.
I called Delta and was told that the agent has requested for cancellation and given a contact number.
When I called the number it was for different agency.
I called bestairfares.com and was told that Delta cancelled the flight not them and then offered the same flight for $2400!
It is the scam run by these people. They reserve at lower price and then cancel it and then sell the same flight at higher rate.
I recommend everyone to run away from these scammers!
