Outbound the staff was surly and difficult to find (they have no desk there, unlike other companies, so it is not obvious what to do). When we returned, we called from baggage reclaim as instructed a... See more

Not all as it seems
I booked using a compare your parking service so the price was attractive in the first instance. The drop off at the terminal was fine. Although I didn't expect the £7.50 exit car park fee for the driver to take my car offsite. Then upon return I followed instructions to call when I had collected luggage, unfortunately the driver took over an hour and a half to return the car to me. Then I had to pay another £7.50 to exit the car park. I think the company should be upfront about the extra £15 entry/exit car park fee and be tell customers to ring when they land, that way they have more time to get the cars ready.
Received fine for their parking
Did not meet us at the short stay, instead dropped the car at ‘drop off only’ zone and we have got a £40 fine as a result which they will not reimburse us for. Will not use again.
Worst Heathrow meet and greet
Woeful. Over 1.5 hours to return my car to me. Called ahead as requested but received minimal communication unless I called or text - they even hung up on me during one conversation around 30 mins in to my wait. Another 30 mins later I was surprisingly told I had a flat tyre (this should have been checked ahead of my arrival surely), and despite asking the driver about it on collection, he had no idea about this. More of a we'll take your car and arrive whenever we want with poor service and be rude in the process than meet and greet, in my opinion.
Just don't use!
We used this 'meet and greet' car park service in order to save on transit time from an off site car park.
despite following instructions to ring half an hour before arrival, we were left waiting for around 25 minutes on arrival at Heathrow. Our return experience was similar with a 15 minute wait, despite ringing well in advance. No time was saved.
Once the driver did arrive to hand over the car the driver dropped the keys in our hands and fled - unsurprising, since we then discovered damage to the front bumper and and a scratch down the entire left hand side of the car.
This was two days ago, despite ringing and emailing customer services with photographs (before and after the damage) I have had no response as to how or if this will be dealt with, or what measures we need to take to ensure the damage is repaired.
What a joke
What a joke. When coming back home we had a text saying our car was parked in short stay, the car park ticket was inside, and the key was on the drivers side tyre!! There was no handover when getting there or coming back. Our dash cam had also been, disconnected purposely, probably so we couldn't see what they did with the car whilst I was away.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Meet & greet parking didn’t turn up so left with incurring 5 days worth of drive up short stay parking fees @ £83.30 per day!
Shocking service!
Omission of information and impolite staff
Omission of information, as it is not advised in the portal they use Compareyourparking.co.uk that there is an extra charge for the 10 mins time to drop off the car.
The instructions to get to the drop off area are outdated and horrible, as there are works in the entrance to the parking which meant that I took the wrong lane and I had to pay twice the drop-off charge.
The driver that collected and returned the car was impolite and rude.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
Poor instructions meant we ended up paying £8 for short stay carpark as we entered wrong level at T5 Heathrow.
We then had to wait 45 mins for the car to be collected.
On arrival we waited another 45 mins for the car to be delivered.
Not clear when booking that you then also have to pay short stay exit fee! Another £6.
Phone operator was rude and unhelpful, and lied about how long we would be waiting for.
DO NOT USE!
Aggressive staff.
Aggressive staff.
Not 24/7 service we was left stranded overnight with our daughter and no car. The following day they threatened to keep us waiting longer if we kept enquiring where are car was after giving them 2 hours to get it to ask. We was close to calling the police.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
🤬 do not use
🤬
They claim their parking is secure yet while in their care they allowed someone to saw off the catalytic converter from my car. They were rude. They did not even have the correct slip for my car on arrival. They have not helped me to resolve the theft of my car parts. DO NOT USE
