Everything here is excellent. I am a regular swimmer. Pool is nice and warm. Staff are working hard especially Lamia who works age the front desk she is absolutely fantastic and very professional in what she does she is the definition of excellence customer service. I am very happy here.

Nice gym
Nice gym, well ventilated and clean equipments, although slightly poor-equipped in terms of cable machines and even no upper-chest bench press!
It’s totally worth the price and strongly recommended.

Good in parts but needs improving
The pool is not bad but for older folk too often the water is cold and the changing cubicles not as clean as they should be.I do aqua aerobics and there are two very good instructors - Karen and Gideon.The receptionist Lamia is very charming and helpful. There is a cafe but for what it is, it is expensive.

I always really enjoy my experience at Copthall. There is one particularly one person called Lamia, she is on the front desk and always gives such a warm welcome and is super helpful and patient. It is such a lovely way to start the day :-)

I joined this gym
I joined this gym, I was charged extra money for "the end of the month"I totally didn't understand this charge and I have been sent a form to request a refund. I tried several times to book classes which I found impossible as I apparently didn't upload my credentials yet I had already had my induction! I then discovered that I kept getting charged for classes I had attended, this continued even though I was assured it wouldn't happen again!!!
I have also discovered that there seems to be a shortage of water in better changing rooms!! The showers are very temperamental and short after a few minutes!! They then refuse to restart making a shower take at least 3 times the time it should take!
I don'tike mixed changing rooms and the changing village that is now installed here is just this
On the upside I do enjoy the classes I have manage to book

Copthall has weekly Healthwise Classes for persons with some muscular health issues. The classes, taken by Angelo, are hugely helpful in supporting and improving physical strength post illness. Thank you Copthall.

Decent gym with no pretentious people in it like you find at other more expensive gyms! Good amount of equipment and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Impossible to find parking and public transport not convenient.
Bought tickets for myself and my family to swim but I had to give up, as it was simply impossible to find a parking space. The nearest bus stop is quite far away, so it is pretty unacceptable that they cannot get their act together to build more spaces, when I see so much unused land around. I also would have liked to spend some of my money in their cafe but with such poor infrastructure this was not possible. I had to drive to the main road and sit in my car waiting for my family to finish. I won’t be returning for sure.
