Really friendly helpful staff
Really friendly helpful staff. App is great, classes really good and easy to get into. Gym induction really good too. My only issue is there should be more access to anti bacterial wipes etc near the equipment.

Babies swimming lessons kept being…
Babies swimming lessons kept being cancelled and better refused me a refund when the swim instructor told me
I could have a refund.
The lack of consistency isn’t good for the baby !

Our daughter is having both swimming…
Our daughter is having both swimming and gymnastics. Now she is swimming like a fish. Very happy with the facilities and instructors. But she didn’t want to continue to gymnastics. A problem happened during cancelling it but customer service quickly sort it out. Many thanks for quick reply and solution

Shocking Parking Ticket
HI I am really dissappointed I came to copthall to book swimming classes but got a car parking ticket fine instead inspite of putting my number on the registration desk - totally put me off! Gemina Parking solutions they are called and I didnt even get a letter from them !!

I am very sorry to hear that you received a parking penalty when attending the Barnet Copthall leisure centre. However, they have notices around the car park which clarify the parking rules and how you register your vehicle. If you registered your vehicle and followed the process but still received a penalty charge, please speak to the manager at the leisure centre and they will assist you with getting the penalty charge removed.

Instructor learner ratio could be better. There was no feedback from the lesson. The experience seemed transactional, and there was no communication.

1. I logged in to the course progress site. There are no updates or feedback there. All of it is showing as 'Not assessed'.
