The teacher for the beginnig class are very you g and don't have any experience about training a kid. very messy class and unuseful.Honestly,my daughter didn't has any progeess after 5 month.

Shocking Parking Ticket
HI I am really dissappointed I came to copthall to book swimming classes but got a car parking ticket fine instead inspite of putting my number on the registration desk - totally put me off! Gemina Parking solutions they are called and I didnt even get a letter from them !!

I am very sorry to hear that you received a parking penalty when attending the Barnet Copthall leisure centre. However, they have notices around the car park which clarify the parking rules and how you register your vehicle. If you registered your vehicle and followed the process but still received a penalty charge, please speak to the manager at the leisure centre and they will assist you with getting the penalty charge removed.

Instructor learner ratio could be better. There was no feedback from the lesson. The experience seemed transactional, and there was no communication.

1. I logged in to the course progress site. There are no updates or feedback there. All of it is showing as 'Not assessed'.

The worst booking system ever !
it’s almost impossible to book for women’s water workout sessions.
Therefore Not making much use of membership as can’t mange to book regular weekly sessions.

I am very sorry to hear that you are having difficulties making bookings online. Members are able to book 7 days in advance from 10pm at night and non members can book 6 days in advance. Are you unable to book due to the session being fully booked each week or are you experiencing any other booking issue? The price is competitive. The gym is well equipped. Pretty clean changing rooms. The classes can be good although could do with a bit more choice.
