Teddington Better Gym
I've been a member of Better gym in Teddington for over 18 months which I attend at least 3 x a week. All the staff are very approachable and amenable. Some of the equipment has recently been updated, and the gym environment has had an overhaul resulting in new dedicated workout areas being created. There is a good array of hand-held and machine equipment which allows you the choice of switching to alternative exercises should a particular piece of equipment not be available for any reason. I do not see any reason why I would not continue to attend this gym.

I’ve been coming to this gym for over 7…
I’ve been coming to this gym for over 7 months now, and it was a really great decision. The gym is always very spacious and there is always equipment available to use, even on very busy days.
The staff are always so lovely, outgoing and supportive of any queries or concerns, and are very knowledgeable in fitness.

Love this gym! So much space and equipment for your every possible need, staff are really lovely and helpful, and it's always super clean! Since the recent remodel, there's now a separate spin area and a bunch of new machines on the main floor so you really get your money's worth when it comes to choice!

I've been a member of this gym for 8 years now and love it. The renovation has been fab - the equipment is brand new, in great condition and has so many different machines. The staff are so friendly and welcoming too, I know I can always ask for help and be given great advice.
