Friendly supportive staff
I recently joined with disabled membership. The deputy manager was so kind to me on Saturday . I was nervous to go and asked if my son could come with me and he set up my App and showed me how to use it . Had a lovely first session and the gym was clean and very well organised and equipped . Toilets clean and the gym very large and spacious. I am looking forward to many more visits to this gym . Staff very friendly and helpful . Thank you for making me feel so welcomed.

A complete and satisfying gym
It's such a nice and clean environment with pretty much everything you need. The staff it's friendly and helpful,it's a place where you can easily follow your own goal,if you have one.

equipment are bit old but dose the job
equipment are bit old but dose the job. My only problem is that there are lots of kids having the gym as playground. Always group of them sitting around the equipment not using them but you can't use either.

Great gym
Great gym, clean, equipment good could do with a hip thrust machine. They have variety of classes. Staff are great they listen to any concerns. Overall would recommend this gym.

A Gym fit for ALL purposes
What attracted to this gym was the atmosphere, the people and more importantly the equipment that was available to use.
The staff are friendly in general and are approachable when any situations do arise.
Always look forward to using this facility.
•A small side note is that it feel there could be so new additional pieces of kit to add more variety.

A friendly gym for everyone.
I visited a few gyms before deciding to go to Better Gym Stadium Place. I chose it because it's bright and airy and the staff made me feel at ease. I hadn't been to the gym forever, and when I used to go previously I never felt comfortable. However, Stadium Place has proved to be the perfect place for me; the instructors are friendly and helpful and the atmosphere isn't intimidating. I enjoy the classes and have managed to achieve my personal goal, which was to increase my strength. The fact I'm still going after almost 2 years is testament to the staff and to the many people I've met along the way. Thanks Stadium Place!

Walthamstow stadium gym
Walthamstow stadium gym is a local gym & I have been a member for many years due to the following reasons:
Variety of equipment -throughout different areas of the gym (studio, functional area & main gym) & a good distribution of weight racks
Clean & spacious-plenty of space between machines, the bathrooms are clean, tidy & cleaning equipment available throughout the gym for all members to use after machines
Staff-very welcoming & friendly. They have enjoyable group classes suitable for all abilities. The staff are also very attentive & provide workouts that are great for beginners or regular members
Opening hours-Walthamstow stadium opening hours are good which are useful for early or late evening workouts
Ventilation-good air conditioning throughout the gym for very hot days or busy periods
It would be a great addition to have a hip thrust machine & ballet fit classes on the weekend.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Walthamstow stadium gym for individuals who are seeking a variety of workouts with a
a friendly atmosphere. I look forward to a hip thrust machine in the future.

I've been a member for a couple of years now and really enjoy the atmosphere at the gym. Everyone is so kind and makes you feel part of the gym family. Equipment is good and the cleaning is of a good standard.

I’ve tried to cancel my membership…
I’ve tried to cancel my membership under the cooling off period 3 times with no response. This is because it was unclear whether swimming lessons would be included in the membership I purchased turns out they aren’t; but this was wholly unclear from the very poor online experience.
Addendum - I have added this after the reply below - please respond to my 3 emails I have already sent you. It is the junior membership I wish to cancel - and YES I am aware of this right to cancel; I am a solicitor and I practice in this area.

This is incorrect information as we offer a refund for all memberships purchased online under the cooling off period. If you still wish to cancel the lessons please let me know so I can assist you with the process of cancelling the membership and getting the fees refunded back to you.
