Misleading on the website
Misleading on the website. I only wanted to have 1 gym session a week with my gf and said it would be one price and then got charged nearly £30. Told I’m not being refunded either. Should be called worst gyms

This enables you to book 1 free booking a month, and then you receive a discounted rate, similar to our Pay As You Go agreements, for any other Gym, swimming and Fitness classes bookings.

Good centre with lots of facilities and fitness classes. Nice pool with good options for swim for fitness vs leisure swimming. The pool area could do with a deep clean as some of the pool tiles have dirty marks around the edge

I’m a member at Hillingdon sports and leisure complex, such an amazing club , staff and management are so amazing , so polite and friendly and always there to help , manager is the best , keeps the centre running so smoothly , attended 2 classes today fri 23rd jan , power pump and LBT with Rachael , she is amazing , such great classes , she is fun but works you so hard , 5 ⭐️, keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'm surprised by the complete ignorance…
I'm surprised by the complete ignorance of basic sauna hygiene rules. People entering the sauna should use towels to isolate their sweaty bodies (especially their feet) from the wooden benches, so that sweat doesn't remain on the benches. Failure to follow these rules carries a significant risk of transmitting skin diseases, bacteria, and viruses (especially herpes and various strains of HPV). I've been to many saunas in the civilized world, and these hygiene rules are practiced everywhere.

Swimming pools with some rubbish, some days not possible to book table tenis, poor schedule arrengments for the open pools.

Really good facilities and worth the…
Really good facilities and worth the money to join. The gym and gym changing rooms are new and well maintained. The staff is also very friendly. The swimming pool can do with updating but overall can't complain.

Steam room door broken,
Splash pool as many broken features,
Spin bikes need a clean and new foot straps,
Change cubicles have missing doors,
Lighting at the rear of building make it dangerous and unsafe.

Overall great leisure centre
The facilities are great, well equipped and clean. Staff super friendly and helpful. The only issue I had the whole time is availability of classes and the booking system - it releases new classes week in advance at 10pm and it’s so hard to get into the most popular classes- morning and evening ones. And parking most evenings is a nightmare. Sometimes you have to fish for a space, waiting for someone to pull out.
