The payment system is so slow and…
The payment system is so slow and lagging i made call to costumer services they said my first payment is pending so i have to make another payment and the pending will come back in to my account however its been a week the payment is in pending mode and i can not use it.

Balanced Gym Review – Great Potential, Needs Attention to Details
I've been going to this gym for early morning sessions around 5 AM, and while there are definitely some positives, there are a few recurring issues that need to be addressed.
Pros:
The location is convenient with plenty of parking.
The staff are friendly and welcoming.
A good variety of classes are offered throughout the day.
Areas for Improvement:
Air Conditioning: The AC is always off in the early morning, making workouts uncomfortable. I've mentioned this at reception several times, but the issue persists. I've been told it doesn't get turned on until 7 AM, which isn’t ideal for those of us who train earlier.
Cleanliness: Some of the equipment could use more regular cleaning and maintenance.
Upstairs Area: There’s a limited number of dumbbells and only one bench upstairs. Adding more would make the space more functional during busy times.
Overall, this gym has a lot going for it, but a few operational improvements would really take it to the next level — especially for early risers who rely on a clean, cool, and fully equipped environment.

Hot inside the gym
Good equipment, but very hot inside the gym. Could do with more air conditioning, especially in this weather. Also classes like aqua aerobics and yoga seem to never have any spaces.

Website and app- booking swim class
The customer agent i spoke to was great and so helpful. However getting through was difficult with so many options. The first time i actually got cut off as I selected the wrong option by mistake then I had to call again and wait a long time. Its not very easy for people with difficulties.
I have to also take this opportunity to let you know, I literally felt sick, so exhausted and drained of energy in my head from trying to book swimming classes for my children. Your website and even the app is made like a maze. Its horrendous. Are you trying to put people off from making bookings? If yes, then we'll done you are very successful. In the end I didn't manage to make a booking, before i even finished filling in the details for one child, it brought the message that the session has timed out and I need to log back in. And I was going at a normal speed. Then also at one time, you app listed the session time I wanted but I kept getting logged out. So I tried the website, but your website didn't even list the session time I wanted.
When your agent checked and said I created an account in 2022 but did nothing else, I remember exactly why there was nothing else on the account- because in 2022 I found it such a hassle making bookings. Have you thought about how people with ADHD or autism will feel after going through this? Well I am disabled and its only because of my kids I will attempt again tommorow otherwise i would not bother.
Tell those in charge to look into the website and app. If they need more feedback I can tell them where its all going wrong.

I have read the reviews online regarding racism at this gym and after going there today and being subject to it myself I’m absolutely disgusted. We were swimming and got told to move to the slow lane as we weren’t going fast enough however our lane was empty and the other lane was too crowded. After this somebody joined our lane and proceeded to swim in the wrong direction mean that he kept bumping into us. After awhile we got fed up and decided to leave.
I went to the lady on duty to inform her of this man and she told us that we were swimming in the wrong direction when I know that we weren’t. She then proceeded to say that we shouldn’t be swimming here if we can’t adhere to the rules however I was trying to tell her that we were following the rules but he wasn’t. It was very evident that she was siding with him based on the colour of his skin just from the way that she was speaking to us and it was very very humiliating.

The customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding. Not to mention the ease at which we got through to book last minute with the tremendous help from one of your kind and understanding representatives. The facilities there were well kept, neat and tidy. We had a lot of space to work with and what topped it off for me was the accommodation provided if you decided to watch your child /children being trained while waiting. Overall it was an awesome experience. I would recommend this place any day.
