A very helpful visit to the Leyton Leisure Centre resolved the questions I had thanks to a very helpful person on duty at the desk. Subsequent queries online have been answered quickly and effectively, solving problems I had with uploading proof of identity and deletion of an old account. Well done!

Gavin of Leyton LLC is wonderful who helped me out to remove the penalty fee from my better app due to my deafness - cannot use telephones. He sorted it out quickly without any hiccup after emailed him. Sometimes the penalty fee are generated to charge us as members even I DID attended the classes after 8 mins late. Otherwise I cannot book any fitness classes as a serious fitness goer over 35 years with that leisure centre. Lots of pilates, zumba, yoga, step, aerobics and rebounder instructors are excellent especially Leyton LLC. Keep it up, with good work!
Small note:- Two hand dryers are not working in Female toilets so please set up paper towels to prevent viruses or germs.

Excellent customer service and very understanding to my unexpected circumstances. My 3 years old wanted to swim and as we were on our way she vomited and we had to cancel our session minutes away but the team was very understanding and they refunded my session in credit which am grateful for as times are already hard enough for single parent and knowing I can still continue to take her. Thank you for the help and massive thanks to Alejandra from customer service for the help.

Questionable swimming teacher In Leyton LC.
I'm very sad and heartbroken about our swimming lesson experience.
My 6 year old son shows some sensory issues and has been very hyper since very little but doesn't have any official diagnoses yet , however he loves water and is very confident in it so I wanted him to try join swimming lessons which went good at first and in very short time he learned how to swim in water without floaties until this one teacher started to upset him a lot.
I understand my child can lack focus and attention at times but there's this one teacher who has extreme expectations from a 6 year old. There are two lady teachers who are nice and they understand that each kid is different . One of them even approached us because she immediately noticed that my son shows different behaviour than others and always been nice and supportive when she's around him in lessons trying to calm him if hes upset or show him right way how to move legs or arms. However there's a swimming teacher with long curly hair who has upset us and I had to cancel the lessons. He is not even getting in water to support kids learning he just walks around the pool... expects groups of little kids to learn everything in a second from what he just shows wile standing outside water and talking not actually engaging with little ones helping them understand better and yells a lot.
My son been coming out of pool crying breathless saying that this teacher doesn't listen to him and shouts at him and is rude all the time when he doesn't do something properly. Saddest thing is that knowing how hyper my son is I was so proud seeing in cameras how he tries his best to follow instructions and try to move his legs and arms how teacher shows him while standing outside of pool. But what I'd get would be a complain that he hasn't been doing good to which I said that I don't need quick progress I understand he might be learning it slower. My boy literally told me that he tries but teacher is not happy of the outcome and keeps shouting at him and telling that he's faking that he can't do something. Also he said that he's afraid of him because he's angry all the time and he feels like teacher doesnt like him. So he said he doesn't want to learn swimming anymore only because of this one teacher.
I understand that job can be tiering working with kids all day and I understand that my child is not an angel but I think better training Is needed for some of the teachers to understand that 6 year old kids need interaction... showing on their own bodies how to do things... listening to what they say and praise them for things they do well not just tell them what to do and yell when they don't do it right . Not even all adults can jus learn just by listening and watching, and no person will have spirit to go and learn something when all they get is being judged by what they so wrong. Each person learns differently . It seems like it's a easy way out for some teachers to start treating child harshly so they just leave lessons by themselves and leave only quick learners easy teachable kids in their lessons.
I wish there was also audio in spectators room there's only two screens with quiet bad video and you can't hear nothing so all you see is only how your child's face drops and nobody encourages them to do better or uplift them only points out that they're not good enough.

No one gets back to me no matter how many emails I left. I had to sign up again and again to get membership for myself. I haven't been able to book any activities.

The kids swimming lessons here are not great. The teachers seem good, but because parents can't sit poolside and are forced to sit in a small airless room with TV screen feeds of the pool, it fosters a real disconnection between the parents, kids and teachers. I can hardly tell which child is my own on the screen as the camera is so far from the pool. I'll be looking to move my child to another venue as soon as I can.

The company website is useless the staff offers no help in any way they don't treat people human and try to fix the problem especially if you've explained the situation to them.
Employ younger and helpful people.
