Great all around venue
Been skating here for 10 years, been using the gym facilities for 1 year and used the fun play for the first time this year with my niece. A great all around venue with free parking, a cafe, skate shop, toilets and changing facilities. Staff always helpful and friendly too.

What an amazing place
What an amazing place, my daughter learnt to swim here, and also ice skate, this centre is amazing for young children within the area, plus it keeps them off the streets, and for parents its a great community to make new friends .. the upgrades being done will make it a great place to come 🙌

My children come to the link centre at…
My children come to the link centre at least twice a week and always have a great time. The staff are helpful, easy to book online and lots of parking.
If I have ever needed help with a club the staff have always been very helpful to make sure anything that needs changing is changed.

Fantastic.
This is an amazing place with incredibly friendly staff. They consistently go the extra mile. The managers put in a lot of effort to be not just helpful but also very inclusive. They worked diligently to ensure the rink could reopen after a brief closure to fix the electric issues. Even though the electrics arw still being fixed we are still able to use the facilities.
Can not fault the link centre in anyway.

I’ve been using The Better Link Centre for a while now and honestly can’t fault it. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained and offer something for everyone. Team have been working so hard since the devastating flood nearly 3 years ago. The fact that the Managers have kept it open (safely) during major repair work so the public can still use it is a credit to them and their teams. Keep up the good work.

Enjoyable experience every time
The coaches on the ice go above and beyond for the skaters!
I have yet to meet a coach that hasn't been kind and helpful. My daughter has flourished in the learn to skate and has gained confidence through the programme.
I find receptionists are also always helpful and friendly too! We like our trip to the link centre!

A fantastic facility for the whole family – brilliant for mums and toddlers!
I am so incredibly grateful Swindon has a venue like the Better Link Centre. It has absolutely everything we need under one roof, making it so much easier to balance family fun with my own fitness routine.
Amazing for Toddlers: My 3-year-old daughter is obsessed with this place! She has the best time in the soft play area and absolutely loves getting on the ice rink.
Stress-Free Changing Areas: As a mum, I really appreciate that they have good, clean changing facilities for the kids. It makes getting a toddler dried and dressed after activities so much less stressful.
Brilliant Gym & Classes: When I'm not with my daughter, I'm a regular gym user. The facilities and workout equipment are top-notch, and the functional rooms are absolutely brilliant for fitness classes.
Wonderful, Helpful Staff: The team here is fantastic. Every staff member we encounter is incredibly helpful and welcoming, which makes a huge difference to our visit.

An absolute gem for Swindon – something for the whole family!
I absolutely love the Better Link Centre. It truly has everything we need under one roof, and I am so grateful Swindon has such a fantastic, well-rounded facility.
Perfect for Young Kids: My 3-year-old daughter has an absolute blast here. She really enjoys the soft play area and is already a huge fan of the ice skating rink. It’s a brilliant place for families to keep toddlers active and entertained.
Top-Tier Gym & Classes: As a regular gym user, I’m seriously impressed with the setup. The facility is great and the gym equipment is excellent. The functional rooms are also fantastic and provide a perfect space for classes.
Wonderful Staff: A massive shoutout to the team working here. Every time we visit, the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming.
Whether you are looking to get a serious workout in, take a fitness class, or find a fun activity for the kids, this centre has it all. Highly recommended!

Always friendly and helpful staff, great facility to have for Swindon! My daughter skates several days a week, the ice rink is excellent and the staff are doing a brilliant job especially considering the ongoing electrical work being carried out. - thank you for reopening on schedule!

Excellent service from Louis Butcher
Had a query because my daughter was due to be off for surgery for a long period of time and was in the process of switching memberships for ice skating.
Louis Butcher was able to assist and came up with a solution without me incurring additional cost and Losing out on the sessions already paid for and not used.
He was professional , polite and clearly experienced enough to be able to make the changes without me having to contact him to ensure a smooth transition.
Very happy with the customer service and friendly approach.
