The staff are kind and helpful, the facilitators are inclusive and offer brilliant classes.
There are a large number of facilities on offer to suit everyone’s needs.
There is also the option to book in different lessons.

I enjoy my swims but....
I enjoy coming for my morning swim but gets ruined by life guards who enforce rules to suit the more stronger swimmers. A couples time from the couple weeks I have joined I've had life guards telling me to get out the way of fasters swimmers but I hadn't. At the end of the length I always let them pass if they have caught me up. You can't always move lanes to swim with slower swimmers because it is always busy and crowded. Each time I've been approached I've asked the swimmers if I'm in there way and they laughed and said No. All the swimmers have courtesy for each other. Also I've been held to up but always slow down and give them space because we are all there to swim. These sessions are there to suit everyone not just the speedy swimmers.

Mixed feelings.
Mixed feelings.
People working there are very friendly and nice. Equipment looks okay although not been able to see much yet, however the building itself would benefit from a facelift. It looks outdated and bit grim. Walls, ceilings, floors are looking a bit sorry for themselves and the outside has that prison look that doesn’t quite invite you to enter.
A bit of a modernisation would be great.

Reasonable rate
The membership rate is very reasonable but quarter of the machines in the gym are out of order and most of the rest are very very old and do not function properly.

Swindon membership. Easy to set up . My only gripe was,advised £12 50 set ip fee . I am not sure the reason behind this charge .
Otherwise easy to do and centre is good .

Broken leg
I went to a friends party had a great time until right at the end of my time on the ice I fell fell over and guess what broke my leg I screamed as loud as I could because there was a young boy about ten feet away from me talking to someone finally after he stopped talking to someone he noticed me and asked someone else for help get me of the ice put on the nearest bench possible looked at my leg the lady said it wasn’t swollen but it clearly was it the lady was nice and gave me a wheelchair went to my friends house my mum came called 111 and said I need to go to the hospital. All and all they need safety videos before going on the ice

Swimming duration for Kids is too low
Swimming duration for Kids is too low. 30 mins total. They spend 3-4 minutes on attendance and get of our of pool 2-3 min early. It just approx 24-25 of swimming.

No heating
There is no heating in Studio 1 where Pilates and Yoga take place. Therefore you are trying to do floor exercise with cold muscles.
