I am so disappointed about this leisure centre’s performance!!!especially because its a brand new building…..i am a member for about two weeks,i paid in full for the services and facilities of this point but it seems like the employees are trying to save energy and money for the council. How is possible for a brand new building and everything inside to have ever sauna or steam room broken every week or more than that???so what i am paying for???i was waiting more than two years for this leisure centre to be open and now?…..very poor service!…i did sent an email to the council saying that they have issues with the sauna and steam room but didn’t receive anything!….it seems like they like to take money from our pockets only for pictures and stories, nothing else i”am afraid.
However,if they don’t change anything in the next teo weeks, then i will make an appeal to the Customer Service Protection Department because is not fair at all.
