Cold pool
Every time I take my baby the teaching pool is freezing and had to cut it short. Not really acceptable in colder months. I would rather have a slight increase in price if it means you can afford to heat the pool. Have complained before and there has been no change.

It is impossible to book a badminton…
It is impossible to book a badminton court in tadworth in the evening, I took this membership only to play badminton, Now after 5 days of trying , i am going to cancel my membership.

We want to remind you that customers with a prepaid membership have the opportunity to book activities 7 days in advance, starting from 10 pm each night, to ensure they can secure their session for the following week. As our Badminton sessions are in high demand, we highly recommend that customers make advance bookings to guarantee their slot for the upcoming week. Inept customer services
I can’t begin to tell you how frustrating it is to deal with customer services. I am still trying to claim for money that was mistakenly taken out of my account when I opened my membership . 7 weeks since I reported the problem and still not resolved. 14 emails have come and gone. No one answers the phone. It’s really quite a simple issue that if someone spoke to me directly it could be resolved. Can’t fault the centre (Tadworth) with great staff and facilities. If only customer services had the same attitude.

is it's a functional place
The overall opinion I have is it's a good value functional facility to swim and work out at , it does not have the extras like steam room or sauna which the more expensive clubs have but is good value for money for what it offers

Excellent facilities
I found the gym very clean and tidy, there always seem to be people cleaning. All the staff have been very helpful and cheerful especially Kim on reception.
All the equipment looks to be in excellent condition.

So impressed with the Tadworth gym &…
So impressed with the Tadworth gym & leisure centre. I finally joined after leaving another very expensive gym, and honestly this is great. Really good value, the staff are all so helpful and nice, and the gym has never been too crowded. I've been using the pool and done classes too, and again, no complaints with any of it. Quite the opposite. I'm really surprised and delighted to have this facility nearby and can't praise it enough for a cost-effective local gym.

Glad to be back in a clean, maintained gym
The gym is well equipped and has some new kit in there which is great. Most importantly, things appear to work in the centre. The temperature is right; the music is not too oud; the showers are clean. My recent experience elsewhere is that this isn't always the case.

Better is much Better than most
Really helpful and lovely team of people working for the centre that I go to.
No contract so if work takes you somewhere else you can come and go.
Gym equipment really new and kept maintained.
All in all really high standards
