l have attended Michelle’s Dance Fitness class for the past year and recently started her Core Conditioning class. She is an exceptional instructor as she is knowledgeable, motivating, and highly effective. Her clear instruction, engaging style, and focus on proper technique deliver real results. I highly recommend her classes to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout. I would also like to mention that Carl (receptionist )is very friendly and helpful and welcomes everyone in the gym with a sincere smile.

I have used this centre for decades
I have used this centre for decades, the gym, the outdoor pitches even the bar when they had one. The classes now are my best reason to visit and I look forward to more classes at different times. Yoga currently is my favourite, Mike, Mateo, Fatoumata are so popular there is always a wait list to book. I would visit this centre more if more classes were on timetable as it is my nearest before feel good centre. Pauline does brilliant classes that really get most out of you even her ballet fit, it looks easy but when you do her class those small movements make you swat and work hard. For fit guys highly recommend the circuit training with Derek. The centre is small but the members are easy to get to know and staff very keen to help you and get to know your wellness journey.

Awesome instructor …
I have been attending fitness classes at this centre for a long time and I just wanted to say Pauline’s classes are the most amazing classes you can find. Her aerobics fit beats and her dance fitness is the best. If we did not have instructors like this that train us so well I actually would have never come to the gym.
