The staff member Jodie was very nice and gave us a tour of the facilities. She explained the membership pricing and options and was super helpful.

I signed my child up for monthly swimming lessons. I was told to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time, which we did. I assumed we would have been shown around or given an induction. We were pointed in one direction by a member at the front desk; however, we sat there for ages while another swimming session was going on past our start time. I had to ask a member of staff, and she went to get the correct information and then took us to the right class. There was no swimming cap available, and the shower area was full of hair and dirt. I am looking for another swim class with more structure and cleanliness

I was coached by a very good fitness coach called Alex C. He understands my needs and gave me a lot of support while I learned to use a wide range of gym equipment. His support was invaluable.

Swimming lessons are not competent. Kids don’t seem to learn or expand their skills as they shld. Too many kids per instructor and a wide range of levels in one class.

I have just joined. Mostly use the gym but some times have a swim. It has been so simple and easy to book a session and access. I am loving it.

Alex Gp instructor
I’ve seen a huge difference in my fitness thanks to my instructor. He is excellent at what he does and always make sure I’m using the correct form while keeping the energy high. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier trainer!

The swimming lessons scheduled for last Tuesday were canceled, but I wasn't informed until I checked with the front desk and learned that the instructor was not present. I had come from work and made the effort to travel to the center, yet no messages or notifications were sent to inform me about the cancellation.

Better gym is only convenient as I do not live far, and the area is fine but the gym itself is not to bad.But the last time I went couple of the equipment was not usable as it was not FIX. i THING THE WHOLE AREA NEEDS SOME improvement.I think .some t.v on the wall so people can listen to news or watch some documentary whilst exercising. even though people are going there for fitness, losing weight keeping fit.It is boring atmosphere. And we are paying for membership and a service.Keeping fit and having a good time and also could benefit and meeting and talking to others.NOT JUST GOING THERE FOR ARE SELF AND JUST GETTING OUT.

I have been attending specialist cardiac rehab classes run by Alex at Wavelengths. He has been very supportive and has spent time showing me gym exercises and also circuit training at Lewisham leisure centre. Alex and his colleagues are.really helpful and supportive especially helpful for those like me who have been referred following cardiac issues.

They don't clean the cubicle changing rooms at all! except maybe the floor, come and see the residue all over the cubical walls of god knows what 🤮. Also today the sides of the swimming pool drains in the fitnees pool have a faint smell of urine 🤮 ,when resting you have to breath it in which makes me question the quality of the water all round 🧐 . I mean cleaning effectively is just basics instead of dosing on the job all day in a leasurely fashion let's face it there's laid back and then there's Laid back! . Diabilcal most of them talk to much anyway, too much talking not enough doing .I guess its the perks of the job 🤔LAZY!
