I moved into my new home at Bishop’s Gardens in Wickham just over six months ago. I had been interested in the development for some time and was particularly attracted by the stylish design, build quality and layout of the properties.

I met Roisin in the marketing office the day it opened (22nd April), and she was friendly and able to answer most of my questions. During the purchase, I visited the office several times and was kept up to date with what was happening.

The site manager, Rick Heaver, is excellent and a credit to Bewley. I met Rick when I visited the plot in early May last year and he was extremely helpful in explaining the stage of the build, the timescale for completion, and he was able to answer all my questions. During the tour of the house before I moved in, Rick took time to go through every room in detail. He has also been very helpful with a number of things since I moved in.

In October, a few weeks after moving in, I had a visit from Rebecca Bulmer (customer services) and Simon Hoff (assistant site manager) to go through all of the things that needed attention. They were very professional and as well as making a note of everything I had on my list, they also identified some things I hadn’t spotted. Despite having quite a long list, everything was dealt quickly and efficiently by the end of the month. An excellent level of customer service – thank you!

Although this is the first time I have bought a new build property, I have been very impressed with Bewley and with everyone I have dealt with, and I would recommend them to anyone considering buying a new home.

I've recently purchased a new home at Bewley's Lancaster Park development. Aside from being attracted by the local area, I was impressed by the site's carefully considered layout, the green areas, characterful properties and an overall feeling of space. All the Bewley staff who I've had contact with at the development have been friendly and helpful but my main point of contact has been Jemma in the Sales team who has been an absolute superstar! Buying a house is stressful, particularly when trying to juggle elements of a process that are typically outside your control. However, Jemma's made it so much simpler through her warm and empathic communication style, her subject-matter expertise, being highly organized and efficient and generally making the experience feel as though I'm buying from a trusted friend. She's an incredible ambassador for Bewley homes and if you're looking to buy somewhere new, you'll be in expert hands with Jemma.

I've only been in my house a couple of days but it already feels like home and I think I'm going to be very happy here. Bewley has a number of mechanisms in place to support purchasers settle in including a 'Home Demonstration', an online portal providing a one-stop-shop for information about your home such as fittings, appliances and paint colours and a 'Welcome Visit'. All of these help to make the process of settling in much easier. On moving day, the team had dressed the front door with a large bow and there was a welcome card, flowers and other gifts inside for me - a lovely surprise.

I do have a few 'snagging' issues to raise but this is to be expected in a new house and, from my experience so far with the team at Lancaster Park, I'm confident everything will be sorted promptly.

I'm delighted to have purchased a Bewley home here at Lancaster Park and look forward to many happy years in my new home.

We moved into our lovely, new Bewley home in September 2022, having gone through the purchasing/selling process with a Bewley Bond. What a great scheme! We were given advice and kept informed all the way through the process, which was seamless.
We approached moving day with some trepidation, being of an age where we have moved house a good few times, but we needn't have worried, everything was straightforward. The house was in tiptop shape and site and admin staff falling over themselves to help at every turn. Since moving in day staff have gone out of their way to make sure we were happy with every detail of our house.
Rick Heaver, Site Manager and Simon Hoff, Assistant Site Manager are the stars of the site. They have a total 'can do' attitude and could not be more helpful. They recognise how stressful moving house can be and do everything they can to make it as easy an experience as possible so you feel at home from day one. They lead by example with a great site team of friendly, accommodating staff. All the sales team from start to finish have been friendly, efficient and supportive and, as newbies to the area, they have pointed us in the right direction for local services etc.
All in all, we have nothing but the highest praise for our Bewley experience.

This week I am celebrating six months of living in my beautiful Bewley Home in Wickham, Hampshire.
I have been looked after so well by the sales team from the day I excitedly bought the house off plan, and the personal service continues even now. I met Roisin who took me through what the property offered and by the end of what I thought was going to just be a chance to find out a little about the house, I had reserved a property feeling confident that Roisin and her colleagues would guide me through to completion and moving in.
In the main I have dealt with Roisin and Jane, who have been wonderful. They are so approachable and even organised a Christmas meet and greet for the new development so we could meet the neighbours.
They are justifiably proud of working for Bewley Homes and speak so highly of their site management team. I had not heard of Bewley Homes before buying this property, but I proudly show off my new home to friends and family who are equally impressed with the quality of the build and the quality of service. Thank you Roisin and Sarah, it’s 5 stars all the way from me!

We moved in to a Bewley home in September 2022 and although this was our first NEW home we were astounded at the courtesy, helpfullness and absolute dedication by all the staff. In particular. the site manager, Mr Rick Heaver who worked his socks off helping us with our every need, even though he had other home occupiers to consider. Nothing was too much trouble. His whole attitude rubbed off on all the staff under his wing and it showed. We are certain that Bewley homes have got an absolute gem and we are certain that with staff like him and his colleagues BEWLEYS reputation will grow enormousely.

Unbelievable service from Leah, Katy and Jane. We felt the experience was very genuine and personal.

Jane initially introduced us to the property and helped us pick our finishes etc.

Leah helped us with updates the entire way through and was very quick to act with any conveyancing issues. (I genuinely think she’ll go extremely far in her career with how tenacious she is).

Katy is lovely, we really liked how genuine she is and felt like we could really trust her throughout the process.

I think overall Bewley are highly recommended, and this is the second purchase I’ve made with them so that tells you a lot.

I hope this helps other families make a positive decision and use Bewley over other developers.

The staff at Wilton Park are just so amazing. All them have a nice way of making you feel at ease. The atmosphere makes you want to just stay and really purchase a home. They work with great professionalism. I as a purchaser feel the team should be rewarded handsomely. Aly, Caroline, Emma, Maggie, Nina and the sales manager Andrew are just so wonderful. Thank you x

I’m in the process of down sizing my home my final forever home 🏡 during the time of doing so I have looked at many homes on the market ( new and old) I’ve finally settled on a home presently being built by Bewley homes in Ash Surrey amd I have to say the sales manager Katy has been amazing and is an asset to Bewley homes.
Her care and service to me and my family as been amazing both professionally and on a personal level she as put me at ease every step of the way also Lea thank you for sending me my videos of my forever home, watching it grow has been amazing thank you. I’m so looking forwards to getting inside to see my forever home next week with you girls as the chapter keeps unfolding for me, can’t think of anybody better to Do this with, you are amazing. Me and my partner needed to move very quickly due to a change in job. Through Bewley's part exchange scheme we both sold our house and moved into our lovely Bewley property within 2 months (Including Christmas).

Throughout the whole process Danielle, Debbie and Steve have been absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to get the sale of our house through and make sure our new house was ready as soon as possible.

Massive shout out to Danielle who has made us feel incredibly welcomed into the new estate and also stayed late on a Sunday evening to help us out.

Like all new house there has inevitably been a snagging list, but both Gemma (customer services) and Paul (Site manager) have made great start in getting the issues sorted.

Great experience - quality homes, warm, professional and helpful team in the show homes and all round the whole approach was excellent. Really impressed and gave me great confidence to proceed when able to buy a home through Bewley.

Danielle, Debbie and Steve have been a delight to work with from our first initial visit to the site (Bellmount View) to post completion. The communication has been excellent always friendly and informative.

The house itself is lovely, good quality and well designed. All the tradesmen we have come across have been knowledgeable and helpful.

We moved in to our new Bewley Homes less than a week ago & we are absolutely loving our new home.
This is our first time with Bewley Homes & we cannot thank Lynne & the whole team at Victory Fields highly enough for all their support throughout our very long journey & the whole process of buying our new home. They have kept us fully informed at every stage of the build, letting us view both the show home & our home on many occasions throughout the building process. Since we have moved in, they continue to be very visible & certainly go out of their way to go above & beyond to assist you with any questions or issues that you have. The whole team on site have been & continue to be extremely professional & helpful too. We personally cannot recommend Bewley Homes highly enough. We have been going through the Bewley Bond Scheme at Victory fields and cannot have asked for better service from Lynne, really kind, and honest.
The communication from Bewley has been excellent, Lynne has also been very reassuring when things have haven't gone to plan with offers falling through on our property during the experience, every week we have been receiving pictures and updates on how our new home is progressing, which is really lovely to see.
Overall we have had a great experience with Bewley and the team at Victory Fields.

Bewley are now replying thinking this is a ‘fake review’ if anyone wants any proof of email and phone conversations please get in touch because it’s all here. They don’t want people to know the truth!! Don’t let them ruin your experience aswell. Money grabbers

Absolutely fabulous experience purchasing our Bewley home ,from our very first meeting with Danielle it’s been a fantastic experience.Danielle,Debbie and Steve are amazing nothing was too much trouble. They kept us updated throughout the process of reservation,purchase and moving day.
The quality of Bewley homes is amazing and would absolutely recommend them.

We’ve been back and forth to Bishops Gardens since July of last year whilst we eagerly await the release of our (4 bed) plot on phase two! The quality of build, the development, area and overall customer service, to name as few, is why we have our hearts set on this development and know Bewley is the one for us. Throughout all of our visits (there have been a fair few) I can confidently say, we have received exceptional service from all members of staff who have always been very informative, helpful and polite! So Thank-you to everyone who has helped us this far especially Gavin and Roishin. We can not wait for you to update us when the plot is released to secure our dream home with our deposit!!!
