I am sorry to see your review, we do not advertise any products as "in stock" as we buy most products direct from the manufacturers. Unfortunately we had not been made aware by this particular manufacturer that the selected product had been discontinued, as soon as we were advised we emailed you to advise and then issued a refund as per your request. The product has since been removed. Please note that although payment was reserved we did not process the payment and the transaction was aborted through our payment gateway Sagepay.

First one damaged in transit even though I paid £35.00 extra for fragile delivery.
Came on a pallet which you have to pay for again to get it removed.
After many emails and calls got my sink vanity unit. Again on a pallet which means I have to pay again for removing

We are sorry to read your review. With regards to the original unit arriving damaged we are extremely sorry for this and this very rarely occurs when the order is sent via a pallet delivery service. Whilst we understand the frustration of having a pallet at your property, each pallet freight company have different policies regarding taking the pallet away with them and so this is out of our control unfortunately. These units have to be sent via pallet to minimise the risk of damage in transit. You do not need to call/email us to chase collection, as discussed on the phone last week we authorised the dispatch of the replacement before the original was collected to ensure you are not waiting any longer, we will do the chasing up of the collection for you no problem. We will contact you to arrange a convenient collection date.
