Great website, easy to use. Definitely recommend
Easy to place orders and make a payment. Order confirmation was received straight after I placed my order. Delivery time was 2-3 days as a standard delivery.

With regards to the delivery cost our standard parcel delivery cost is £15 on all parcels up to the value of £1,000, whilst in some instances this may make the total price for the product a bit more expensive I have checked your item and even with the delivery cost it still appears to be the best price you can purchase this item for online. All delivery charges are made apparent before checkout.

Delay to item being available but
Delay to item being available but called to explain situation and explained it would be a further 2 weeks. Bath delivered exactly when discussed and requested by us and they kept us informed all the way through. The delivery man was extremely pleasant and helpful and again kept us informed of his progress. Have to say the service and the people were excellent- highly recommend dealing with them

Having looked into this you ordered on 12th February and the order was dispatched on 26th, whilst I appreciate this took a little longer than normal to get your order out to you it was not a month delay so we do feel your review is a little harsh. Your order was originally due for dispatch on 23rd however when I spoke/emailed you I advised that there was a slight delay as you had input the incorrect delivery address and we had to organise dispatch via a different courier.

Great quality products and excellent customer service
Ordered products for my new bathroom suite I left it a bit short notice but when I called about my order spoke to a lady who handled my query personally and gave me updates on shipment.
Everything delivered as expected, products are high quality and were best price around even with the delivery cost added. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

Poor returns policy
I ordered a new toilet seat which was delivered on time. Unfortunately the shape didn't quite fit, so planned to return it. I loaded the returns form online and in the small print, 'you cannot return toilet items'. I didn't even take it out of the wrapping, but now I'm stuck with a useless seat. TIP: don't buy bathroom items from this site.
