Terrible delivery times a drawn out…
Terrible delivery times a drawn out process.
Then I get a reply that said quote
“ I can see that originally the order was not paid for”
I have the information from my credit card that shows the item was paid for on the same day it was ordered!
I feel the response was trying to shift part of the problem to my payment. This was 100% not the case. And I’m happy to prove this.

I am sorry your order did not go to plan, I can see that originally one of the items was out of stock and we emailed to advise of this and asked if you wished to proceed without the item, we didn't hear back from you for over a week. I can also see there seems to have been a slight delay in our distribution partner booking in delivery which we will look into. I am very sorry this happened, we take on board all feedback and always endeavour to improve our services.

Recessed mirror cabinet
Purchased a hard to find recessed bathroom mirror cabinet. Price was fair, service excellent and only disappointment was cost of pallet delivery.

Great service from start to finish. Best price available for the goods and a great delivery service too. We were contacted to arrange the best date for delivery and then also contacted on the day to confirm the delivery and to tell us when the driver was approx 30 minutes away. Would definitely recommend.
