Good Advice and Communication
BHS Home Improvements provided quality goods, securely packed and shipped with on time delivery. Add this to best available pricing than why go elsewhere? Some items were on extended lead-time but we were kept informed on progress throughout. Other suppliers with higher prices with items 'in stock' were happy to take orders only to advise of long lead-times once the order was taken! We would have paid the higher price for immediate availability but BHS honesty won and other orders were cancelled.

Dear Mr Thompson,
We appreciate all feedback, we would like to address the issues raised. With regards to the delivery I have personally apologised on several occasions and have copied you in on correspondence between myself and your local delivery depot trying to resolve the issue with the delayed delivery, the service we and you received from this depot was not up to the standards we expect from our delivery depot and we have reported this to them for future.
After waiting in "5 days" for delivery and us chasing this up for you as soon as the goods arrived you emailed us to ask to return the items, if this was your intention you could of just cancelled the order before they arrived with you and you wouldn't of then had to return the goods at your cost. Unfortunately the goods have been received back in a poor condition to us and as requested in your email images are being sent to you to show you this damage.
We are extremely disappointed in the delivery service and we are sorry this did not go to plan however we have offered as much assistance as possible in trying to get this resolved for you only for you to return the order back to us.

One bath is better than two
Simple order process, but delivery was confusing to say the least, 4-5 calls about delivery at differing times. 1st delivery happened a day before it was expected, 2nd delivery was then announced for following day. I didn't need 2 baths. Obviously some logistics SANFU. Hey ho, we have a good bath at a good price.

High delivery charge disappointing...
They had the best product at the best price but the very, very high cost of delivery sort of spoiled the deal for me. I will definitely look elsewhere in future and compare overall prices before deciding where to buy from.

Great price and service
Great experience shopping with BHS . I bought an 800cm Roper Rhodes illuminated circular mirror. It was very competitively priced a lot more expensive on some other sites. Ordering was easy and delivery in good time. Packaged well with no damage .. my main concern with ordering a large fragile mirror . Only thing was they said I would have to sign for it but it was actually left on my doorstep whilst I was out which was actually a lot more convenient for me so still 5 stars . The mirror is lovely although it was supposed to be grey metal rim , definitely looks black in my very well lit bathroom but still goes with my colour scheme .
