Good quality Marflow shower valve and head as described. It took an email and a phone call to establish if the product was in stock and when it would be delivered but the company were quick to respond to contact. Delivery in a reasonable time.

The returns policy is awful
The returns policy is awful. The explanation of it terrible. I was made to feel if I returned my item it would not necessarily be refunded. This as well as the expense of having to courier it back made the whole experience awful. I had received the wrong colour. My error. Realised immediately. Didn’t even take the product out of the packaging. Contacted the company and all I can say is they were not at all friendly, helpful or reassuring. Would not use again. A terrible experience and I’ve now an expensive mirror that will cost as much to return as it would to buy again.

Thank you for taking time to leave feedback. We are very sorry that you feel this way, we did send a second email just to clear up any confusion caused and explained the procedure a bit more clearly. Unfortunately if an incorrect product is ordered or you just don't like the product the carriage costs to return to us would need to be covered by yourself, this is a standard procedure for most companies. We have also advised by email that returning the mirror is no problem at all.

Advertising items they don’t actually stock
I purchased an item they had advertised. 3 weeks later, after several calls whereby I was told the item would be sent imminently, I was emailed that the item is no longer stocked. A further week spent awaiting refund.

Thank you for your feedback, I have looked into your order and can confirm that unfortunately the item you selected had been discontinued by the manufacturer and had not been removed from our site so apologies for this, with a website of our size there may be items that are not available or haven't yet been updated but we try our best to advise you of this asap if it does happen. Your review however is not factual, you placed your order on Friday 6th August and by the 10th August we had spoken to you and the order was cancelled before any payment was taken. We also have no record of you calling us, we certainly would not of advised the product would be sent immediately as we do not stock the product.

I used BHS for some otherwise unavailable items. It was refreshing to find a sales team that actually answered the phone and responded to enquiries.

Very happy with our new bathroom. Great prices and products. Would definately recommend them. You need to order online but they will contact you if any items from your order are not available and keep you updated. Very sensible approach and helpful to a first time bathroom buyer.
