Pity the Comms didn’t match a perfect product
I would have given the company a much higher rating, however I had to do the chasing to find out why my order was delayed. Although this wasn’t BHS home improvements fault it would of been nice if they had communicated with me first rather than me having to find out what the delay was.
The item itself was perfect when delivered and the communication was clear when it was dispatched and delivered.
In spite of in my view not ideal communication I would buy from this company again.

Decent retailer to deal with, but what spoils it (and hence the 2 stars) is that their distribution/delivery company (Eastbrook - I've reviewed them separately) are bl**dy hopeless - in my case the bath didn't arrive on the allotted day (Friday) and even though they knew it wasn't even on the transport for that day nobody let me know; then they turned up on Monday out of the blue!! Called Eastbrook to complain and they couldn't even be bothered to return my call with an explanation. The driver who delivered told me there are regular cockups and my experience of customer service is typical. Sorry BHS, as I said on the phone to you you need to ditch these morons.

There was a delay but the company…
There was a delay but the company stepped up and gave us next day delivery free of charge and we received the cabinet in time for it to be installed by our bathroom fitter. It was very well wrapped - which we did pay extra for - but on the whole the service was good and I would recommend using this company.

Easy to order and email confirmation received. No specific delivery communication received but it did turn up fairly soon after. I had been searching for a very small kitchen radiator for some time, and although expensive, the product was exactly as required and looks great
