Disappointed in this company
Disappointed in this company. Took far too long to deliver the product and was damaged upon arrival. Charged £15 delivery and this wasn’t refunded when I asked for a refund. Replacement was not an option as couldn’t wait another 10 days.

At no point was I made aware the postage was non-refundable. That should have been made clear during my correspondence with you. This may have influenced my decision

I have check the delivery time and I can see delivery was made after 8 working days which I agree is slightly longer than what we aim for, we advise that as a guide delivery on this item is 3-7 working days. Unfortunately the issue raised with the product was relating to it arriving damaged, we offered a free of charge replacement but you decided to return to us for a refund on the product. Due to the timescales involved the original delivery charge was non refundable.

Questionable customer service
Received 2 bath panels. Paid the extra for delivery to ensure no damage and when our tradesman came to fit them - one is damaged.
I have contacted within 3 weeks of delivery to be told I am too late to raise a complaint. I am awaiting further response.

We are sorry you feel this way, as per our terms and conditions you have 24 hours to report any signs of damage/shortages, you have had this product for 21 days before notifying us of any damage and you have also signed the delivery ticket as received in good condition. The damage shown is considerable and we would imagine that due to the extent of the damage this would of been obvious at the point of delivery.

Kept well informed of when pallet…
Kept well informed of when pallet delivery leaving BHS to the pallet company. The pallet company contacted via phone call to arrange a suitable day of delivery. Just one small product wasn't available when ordered, kept informed via email when it was dispatched.
I would use BHS for future purchases.

Ordering easy, reasonable price, watch our for slow delivery
The order was easy to make. I reviewed other sites that held the same Tavistock items, but there were only a few that sold all 3. I then read the reviews and selected this Company because the complaints centred on the slow delivery, nothing else. Delivery was slow and I already complained to bhs about the bad attitude of the driver who dismantled the pallet and threw the packaging materials over some newly planted troughs and planters. He hadn't informed me that he was unpacking the pallet, so take this as a warning. The goods arrived intact and will soon be in use, once the plumber is available.
