Mark @ Bibby is a credit to your company

Mark has been tremendous in helping us get settled in and swiftly approved for invoice factoring. Everything mark and his team have done has been conducted professionally and have always been available on the phone at every given opportunity. RUTHLESS - IN ONE WORD

After almost 7 years as a client my account with Bibby was suddenly terminated citing a few trivial reasons.

Due to a lack of working captial the business stopped trading for 3 months.
I suddenly got a call from my client manager informing that my agreement will be terminated. Despite my assurance that i intent to restart with a some funding from my sister that was just not good enough. I regret using Bibby for so long. I now offer my customers a early payment discount which seems to be working

Being Introduced to Bibby Business Finance has been my best banking experience in over 24 years of running my own business.
From the first telephone call 6 months ago and subsequent meetings they have listened understood and worked with us to help maintain and grow our business. I have been really impressed with the…

I have been really impressed with the team at Bibby. My first contact was with Mike Stevens who was outstanding throughout. He was very experienced and knowledgeable about invoice finance. He exceeded all expectations and did what he said he would at every step. Since onboarding it has been a pleasure to deal with Ian, Alana, Jane and Jordan. All of whom have been super helpful and gone above and beyond to help me. I can see this service and this team transforming my business over months to come. I just wish we did this sooner. Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, when in court Bibby were told nothing they have shows we were personally liable for just under 4K it was adjourned and they were told they need to look at the evidence they submitted as there is nothing signed for personal liability. We waited and waited but never another court date. They even submitted paperwork with what is my signature which was clearly not. Then I. April letter comes in from Wilson and Roe with a high court order, why has Bibby on informed us of the court hearing as I would have attended due to I never signed anything making me personally liable and I had also left the company. My solicitor looked at everything and made it clear I’m not liable in his words we will have our day in court. But Bibby didn’t allow that and did not send me the summons. I paid the high court order as I don’t need bailiffs on my door. Since then I’ve been trying to get confirmation that this has been paid but both sides refuse to send a receipt of payment made. Bibby I want my money back I was nothing to do with the company court already said you don’t have anything placing liability with me

I was currently on holiday and I was unable to remember my log in details. I need to urgently log on an make substantial updates.
My Relationship Executive went above and beyond to assist me, putting in hours of work when I was stuck. I am pleased to say, even contacted my currency exchange company to send them the money directly.

Absolutely terrible company worse than loan sharks tie up your money and will not release it ,happy to send your company to financial ruin and self regulated never use this company, start off OK but the deeper you get the worse they are

Outstanding Service

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience that I had to share. From start to finish, everything was smooth, easy, and honestly way better than I expected.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful, specially Maria and Kristy also the whole onboarding team! and it really felt like they cared about my business. You don’t always get that kind of attention these days, so it definitely stood out.

Most of the time once I signed up to a contract the level of service has always dropped and with Bibby I have been for over a year now and I think the service is even better. I would definitely recommend Bibby to any business!!
