I searched by ISBN, saw the cover of the edition I wanted, but got another version of the book sent to me instead.

Order Confirmed. Book Missing. Support Silent.
I ordered a book, received confirmation that it had been shipped, and then… nothing. The book never arrived. I contacted customer support twice—once through the portal and once by phone. On both occasions I was promised a quick response. That response never came. No follow-up, no explanation, no accountability. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. An online book seller that can’t deliver books—or even basic communication—should seriously rethink its operations.

Book packaging
I ordered three books. Two of them were carefully wrapped and padded. The book from Thrift books was in an unpadded mailer. Forunately the book wasn't damaged but I may not order from that vendor again.

I've had good luck in the past, but no more
I've had good luck in the past with Biblio, but for some reason now the site is just just atrocious. Tried to order, was unable to. At the bottom of the page, it says "call here M-F, or email us. Ok, what's your email ? Then I had to search for that. It just seemed as if there was no thought whatsoever put into the design of the site. Atrocious. I will avoid this site from now on, even if it means paying more elsewhere, because it's worth it not having to deal with poorly designed sites that only serve to aggravate the user. Get it together, for crying out loud. It's like it was designed by complete amateurs

I quickly found the book I wanted using…
I quickly found the book I wanted using name of author and title. It was second hand and in good condition. It was available in my country and there were no additional shipping costs. I only had to wait a couple of days and it arrived in good condition. I was very pleased. Also the Author was a great personal friend who died in 2019. I had not had the chance to have this particular book, while he was alive, tho I had read parts of it when I borrowed his books and talked with him over the years I knew him. So it feels like a reconnection with my friend Vee, which is beyond value. Can't thankyou enough. Fantastic. im hoping that reading his book and some self published papers he sent me, I will get into astral travel and dream work again myself
