DON'T BUY FROM THESE GUYS! IS THIS COMPANY EVEN LIGIT? PLACED AN ORDER ON 8/25, HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAIL INQURIES NO RESPONSE

My experience seemed identical to many others. $s paid. No item recieved. No tracking. Poor communication. No refund.
BUT!
The refund has landed in my account after one week.
So the online shopping experience was in the end quite satisfactory. It is appears Bicyclehero/Seewong Int'l are improving. Communications still need some work.

Honestly, this company SUCKS!!!! Don't use them. I paid too much for hard to find Suomy helmet pads and was sent THE WRONG MERCHANDISE!!!!!!!
Their customer service was obviously computer automated to my complaint, then they never responded again.
I filed a claim for a refund with PayPal.

Stay as far away from this site as possible!! Unreliable and non responsive!! Dodge!!Purchased a Deda zero 100 stem $141 Australian. When it didn’t arrive after a month sent email enquiring where it was. Was told it had been sent already but was given no tracking number. When l continued to send emails and request refund over next 2 months there was no response. Had to go through my bank that credit card was linked to and lodge a dispute. Finally got credit card refund from bank. No help or contact from bicycle hero at all. Scammers!!

Order two parts for me bike. After a week of online account saying “processing” I emailed them. They said they’d email back about what’s happening in 48 hrs. That was Wednesday morning. I waited till Tuesday and still no response. I emailed again asking for update but no response. I them said I was reporting for fraud. Still no response.

Ordered a part, it did not come and they will not reply to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. How can this kind of website be allowed??

Placed and paid for an order Dec 7, goods listed as in stock. Order status on bicyclehero website stated 'processing', and when trying to open the status link, provide an error message. Mutliple contact attempts were ignored until I went through Eximbay, the payment platform. A week later I received an e-mail that a refund was being issued. Two weeks later I have not received the refund. I will now escalate through my bank.

Basically a dishonest scam - bicyclezero is a better moniker.

Order part that was sold out everywhere in UK.
Had to wait a few weeks for delivery which is to be expected as shipping from Korea but well worth it!

Do not buy from Bike Hero, this Korea online company! After payment is made, there is not further contact and no merchandise sent. The tracking mode is perpetually stuck in processing mode. It is a bogus company.

Do not order from this bogus company.It's a complete scam!!

TOTAL SCAM do not buy from them.

Took my payment, impossible to contact them, as they use bogus automated reply to any effort to contact the customer support contact they offer.

I did not receive my bike part. I have emailed them MANY times and they issued a "ticket" about my concern but nothing else has happened. It has been a year with constant emailing and appeals.

AWFUL. Still waiting. Ordered on 25th November and nothing. Spent 700 pounds!!

Edit: I contacted my bank and have recieved a full refund.

Order is completely in a stalemate, company listed phone number is a joke, puts you on hold and no one ever picks up, just goes to a busy signal.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Don’t ever buy from this site, they take your order and money until you have to chase them up to determine status of your order. You’ll receive an automatic response and never hear from them again, I paid with PayPal, complained about non delivery of my order, although the issue was resolved in my favour, Bicycle Hero had the audacity to withhold £7.68 charge for delivery!!!! This seems to be how they carry out business, making money for not supplying goods

I have ordered since 1 month. No news, always in first status stage. No response to ticket. Horrible.

I sent multiple emails, lost $200
I don't understand they can't be banned, maybe because they are oversea
Not worth the savings, huge waste of time and money

I used them three months ago - still waiting for delivery
I have emailed few times - no reply
Avoid them it a big scam shop

Terrible service, buyer beware!

I bought a Cinelli complete bicycle worth 3.5k. It was shipped intl express postage, took 3 weeks for the merchant to provide me with tracking info. The bike arrived over a month later, and was damaged due to poor pacakaging.

The bicycles frame, derailer and hangar were all damaged so badly the bicycle is not ridable.

Over two months later, Im still waiting for the merchant to send the replacement parts. The lack of communication on how and when they are going to fix this issue is appalling.

Will never do business with this company again, extremly unsatisfied customer.
