I have 2/3rds of order. No communication about remainder.

I have 2/3rds of order. I was advised of dispatch of the first 2/3rds. But I have sent an enquiry of last 1/3rd of order as I haven't even been sent advice of dispatch. I haven't received a reply of my enquiry and it has been 3 days, despite the auto reply stating that I would be contacted sooner.

Do not touch this company

Do not touch this company. They take your money and the goods do not appear. I've been waiting over a year now. Order No.,17932 if you are reading this BicycleHero. No response to emails in the last 10 months.

Customer service is great

Customer service is great. I ordered my part with rush delivery. That did not work out for me. But things happen with transportation. But since I didn't get my package in the time I paid for they gave my most of my money back. In my eyes they fixed the problem they beat way they could. I see that as great service. I think they are great. The only reason why I gave them a 4 star is I didn't get my package in 10 days. But customer service is wounderful. I will be coming back to them. They did great.

Scammers

Scammers. Do not trust. Did not ship produce. No shipping details ever given . Would not provide a tracking number, even after 4 emails requesting information. Opened complaint with pay pal. Do not trust. I ordered a safety device for my bike and waiting over a month and seven days to open complaint. I had to buy the safety device from another source. Do not trust.

Old light failed after ten or so years

Old light failed after ten or so years. Could not find a like-for-like replacement anywhere in the UK. Eventually landed on Bicycle Hero. Order and delivery process went smoothly and it was worth waiting a week or so for delivery.

Shipping was quick

Shipping was quick and arrived ahead of schedule. I didn’t get an update on shipping status but it arrived before the estimated date so I wasn’t too worried.

Scammers

Scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Unable to ship, no tracking, no delivery estimates, delays and excuses. Had to notify PayPal to get my money back.

Worst service I have ever (not)…

Worst service I have ever (not) received! I ordered two bottle cages on 16 April. When they hadn't arrived by 27 May, I contacted them to ask for an update. I explained in my email that the status in my account had said 'processing' since the day I purchased the items. I got no reply. On 31 May, I got what looked like an automated email telling me to check the status in my account - it was still on 'processing' - not helpful. I contacted them again on 9 June and got no reply. Finally on 12 June, a package arrived; however, it contained only one of the two bottle cages ordered, with no explanation about the missing one. I contacted them again. A week later they responded advising that they could not supply the other item and asked me if I would like a refund to which I replied I would. That was two weeks ago and still no refund. And now I'm stuck with an odd bottle cage. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase anything from them unless you have all year to wait and an infinite amount of time to keep chasing them up.

Responsive.

Took a while to ship, I didn't realize it was coming from overseas. But responsive when I reach out to track the shipment. Would definitely order from them again. Thanks!
