6 weeks and still nothing!
6 weeks and still not received order for water bottles at cost of £28! When ordering they advised 2 weeks delivery and tracking. Neither were true. Unable to track and no response to my emails to their customer services. Interestingly, the only efficient thing was that the money for the item was deducted immediately! Can't get a response from them and have given up any hope of getting item. it's now on to PayPal to initiate a dispute. Do not use this company!

took five weeks and two days to deliver a bicycle lock. When it arrived, it did not include the fittings to attach it to the bicycle frame. Bad company. I will never use them again.

terrible experience: ordered a sram imotion 3speed hub on 31st July. prompt delivery but faulty item. Return accepted, but 3 months later: no replacement, no refund, no repair. NEVER do business with these guys.

I ordered a Kenda Kwest 16x 1. 5 100 psi tyre on 15th July this and paid 22.33 US $ through EXIMBAY.COM. After several emails sent to them,I received a reply from them which is stated below:

What can I do for you? Your order is on processing from USA to India. It normally take 14 ~ 20 days by USPS. Depending on the custom issue, it could take a bit more days. Do you have any problem? And you choosed not to save your data in our system. So you cannot log in. You just check it in guest order checking page only.

Then I sent a mail again and I mentioned that my complaints are not being taken care-of for 'ColorPlus Complex' reason as I am an Indian.
Later on I sent several emails regarding the order but did not get any reply.
If it is the case that they are ignoring my emails, I am not going to let go like this and I shall lodge a complaint against them in the appropriate authority to take necessary action against them so that the would treat the customers properly.

Slow, inaccurate fulfillment, unresponsive, didn't meet commitments
My order went like this:
1. After placing my order, they said I would receive shipping tracking information. I received incomplete information that did not allow me to track anything.
2. Waited the two weeks (!) they claimed they needed for shipping. Did not receive my order (as a side note, this is borderline ridiculous in the age of Amazon. This timeline should have been my first red flag).
3. Contacted the company, who said they needed another week, but did give me accurate tracking information this time.
4. Received the order 3 weeks after placing it. It was incomplete. Contacted the company and asked that they send the missing components ASAP. They agreed.
5. Same incomplete shipping information as with the main order. Waited two weeks (!). After alerting them of the (still, additional) missing product, they said they would look into it and update me the next business day.
6. After another attempt to contact them a two business days later, they are unresponsive. This company is busch-league, unprofessional, grade-A garbage. I would never buy from them again. If it hadn't been the only place I could find the part I wanted, I wouldn't have in the first place. What does this say about the parts they carry?

But got LifeLine Press Fit Bottom Bracket Installer - available at wiggle for $40 less!
I emailed the site to query the error and false advertising - no response.
Item came reasonably quickly; however, it was not the item I ordered.
Suggest you give this seller a miss. Wiggle and Chain Reaction much more reliable and trustworthy.
20 May 17 - UPDATE: BicycleHero have refunded full purchase price as they shipped incorrect item - and advised me to keep the item.

DELAY, MISSING ITEM
Very poor service, Received item after 21 days although it said delivery 7-14 days. However 1 item was missing. No one picks up the phone.
No product, no communication, no good
I ordered a skewer for my trainer on December 28th, 2016 and paid the up charge to have it expedited (3-5 business days). On the 5th business day I contacted the company to see why a tracking number hadn't been updated in their system and when I might expect delivery. I was told that their center was shut-down over the New Year holiday (no notification of this when I ordered, mind you) and that it would be leaving shortly. I asked for a refund of my expedited freight as compensation for the fact that the item didn't ship in a timely manner and they haven't responded to an email since. It's now been a further week and my trainer sits, unused and I'm out $70.
What's worse, they are still pretending that the item I want is in stock and ready to ship. These people are fraudulent and should be avoided at all costs! Beware!!!
Hard to find - delivered!
Couldn't find an easton pawl kit in the UK and cautiously ordered from this place knowing they were based in the east. The order came without issue within a week.
Very bad experience
I ordered some Sidi cycle shoes from this website which were too small and uncomfortable.
Despite the website showing some prices in £ Sterling, the order was sent from South Korea.
I was asked to return the items to a company called Pantos Logistics U.K. Ltd for refund and this cost £10.40. Pantos Logistics U.K. Ltd would not reply to any emails for updates, or reply to telephone calls.
Despite paying the £10.40, Bicyclehero dedicated a further £12.00 from the refunded amount and refuse to give this back.
I have explained that I'm happy to pay the £10.40, but not a further £12.00, but they will not refund the £12.00
This is the first and last time that I will buy from this company.
