Bought a Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Plus via this service. The computer was purchased quickly and sent as promised (via Fedex). Everything worked as promised, with regular updates.

Brilliant service from the team. I had tried so many other complicated delivery sites to try and get Ralph Lauren USA items delivered to the UK unsuccessfully. I messaged BAB with a link to the goods I was looking for and I received a detailed quote back from them in 24 hours. I placed the order and had confirmation from Phylis that the order had been placed and they would send as soon as it arrived. True to their word the goods were shipped to me in the UK and arrived very quickly. Phyllis’s communications at each stage were excellent, she even checked in that goods had been received during the festive period. I think this is a brilliant service and I would definitely use them again.

I have purchased an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 with the Best Buy Cyber Monday deals. The laptop arrived in Switzerland quickly (within around 4 days *after* it arrived at Big Apple Buddy's facilities).

The package (and the laptop) was in perfect shape. I have been using the laptop for over a week with no problems at all. I am very satisfied with everything from placing my order to writing this review from the very laptop I have ordered.

The owners were also very kind to leave a note delivering their best wishes on my new laptop. Thanks a lot to Big Apple Buddy for allowing me to own this dream laptop at a very affordable price.

My experience was bad. Ordered two new laptops (~US$ 3,500) which Big Apple Buddy were to purchase from Best Buy. I had already checked Best Buy directly to ensure stock availability.
BAB take my money, and email me 5 days later basically saying one of the laptops is now out of stock, so they cancel the whole order and issue a refund.

All round poor service. Wasted my time and my funds for almost three weeks by the time my credit card was refunded.

Seamless purchase. Purchased a Chromebook which was unavailable in Australia.

Just got my new Microsoft items for almost the week. Thank you guys for the service you provide and the people who work at your company.

In New Zealand, high end chromebooks are not easily available. Hence I had to order directly from the US. I was concerned about purchasing from an overseas site given the cost of the product. However, BigAppleBuddy site was excellent with full explanation and provided a good price and clear price for shipping and taxes due in NZ for the Chrome book I purchased. The process was seamless. The email trail from purchase, receiving the product and follow up is excellent. I will purchase again in future. The Chrome book plus is superb

Very nice and gentle staff. Quick delivery. All the informations I needed were provided on the BAB-website, so there were no bad sursprises about tax costs or delivery time.

Purchased a google nest bell (2 Gen). Never worked. They offered a replacement but I had to return at my own cost and then pay the cost of the delivery of the replacement. That would have been over $150, so I’m stuck with a new broken bell!! Gangsters! Stay away.

Super fast delivery & extra kind staff - they sent out the product on 5th Jan, received it already on 9th Jan (and there was a weekend in between!). They were also really making sure that everything was fine with my order by even doing aftersales service and writing an email to check up on us if we are satisfied with the service and the product! :-) Very nice, keep on doing business like this guys, you are a positive example for everyone out there. Purchased a gaming laptop through BAB.
The laptop arrived within the quoted timeframe (approx 10 days) and I saved around $700 Australian, after all costs including freight and import duties.
The overall experience was seamless with company being easy to use and maintained contact and communication at all times.
Totally recommend this company.
