Just got an update after having to raise a complaint to BBB as big apple buddy do not care about growth, healthy challenging from customers and it appears Ben the owner will lie through his teeth to try and get his way out of a complaint escalation and plead “we are just a small business”.
Luckily I have everything documented in emails and prove their unprofessional interactions with me and the fact that they have demonstrated further poor communication, lack of customer service skills and sheer disregard for a customer.
Big Apple buddy - just as you deem yourself a small business - your customers pay for services you promise and advertise and if you can not contractually provide the contractual services you advertise - Don’t lie and suggest you can or expect your customers not to complain.
If you don’t want paying customers buying from you in future because they tried to fairly resolve an issue with you directly after months of being ignored by the owner then communicate that to your customers. Why waste time

I really recommend using Big Apple Buddy. I used their services to preorder the new lenovo legion go from America all the way to UAE. The international priority shipping was expensive but I can assure you that the package arrived within 3 days I was impressed by the fast delivery and how well the package was packed. And also their customer support is really helpful.

My order arrived in good condition. Given this item is both highly price inflated and wont be available for many months in Thailand, this was well worth BAB's service charge.

The item was arrived a little slower than expected, but this is not unusual for a brand new VR set 2 days after initial release in the US.

Customer service was courteous, prompt, and helpful.

Very friendly and quick service. It took less than a week from I placed my order til I received the goods in Norway. They followed up all the way through and checked in with me after I received the goods to check that everything was ok.
I will use the service again and can highly recommend them!

I was nervous ordering an expensive electronic item from a service I had not tried however Big Apple Buddy thankfully were a dream to transact with. I was kept informed all through the procurement and delivery process and my goods landed fast from New York to Australia, in perfect condition. All domestic customs costs were clearly estimated in the process, and I was able to make additional local tax payments fast, ensuring delivery was not delayed.

I am not one for writing reviews, but the manner in which I was treated in my transaction with Big Apple Buddy and the speed and efficiency of the service warrants major praise.

I would not hesitate to use them again, and Phillis Chan and the founders of Big Apple Buddy have set the bar very high for online shopping services everywhere to try and be as good!

Absolutely perfect

Not necessarily a simple situation: delivery of a product from the USA to France, not imported by the manufacturer.

The delivery was impeccable and what can I say about the customer service... There was a glitch during delivery and the customer service was way above the standards of customer services we know in France. Listening, caring, active, reactive... I'm impressed and I'll definitely call on them for my next import if the product is in the catalog!

Nice and handy shopping service if you want to buy items from the US. Customer service is excellent with swift responses on emails. Really nice is that little details are also thought about like including handwritten 'thank you' notes with orders. This makes it all a little more pleasurable and special to do business with this company. Shipping is also fast.

Just be aware of the costs that can accumulate. Significant shipping fees and service fees can be added up on to the product costs. Also for returns and warranty you'll have to go back to BAB to get it sorted as purchase invoices (from the supplier) will not be sent out to clients and will be kept with BAB. So you then have to pay for the return shipping costs to the US and also an additional service fee for BAB.

Overall a good, easy and trustworthy service. Just be aware of extra costs when you go this route.
