We ordered a shower tray, screen and support arm which arrived promptly and well packaged. We then took about three years to complete our bathroom refurbishment and realised during install we were missing a vital grub screw. We contacted the company and Kelly there was brilliant, getting back in touch promptly, keeping us informed at every stage and importantly sourcing us and sorting a solution. 5 star customer service. Highly recommend.

We bought a fold out shower door.
They sent the wrong sized bottom sealant, wrong size Alan key and the shower glass is connected at different and wrong heights so the door can not unfold or fold
Properly without scraping the glass. I have tried contacting their helpline and it is shut at 2pm on a Friday. I have emailed them multiple times without a response. Appalling

Very good products and delivery time. We had one issue which was sorted outvery qui8cjkly without ant hassle. Recommended.

Emily at the Big Bathroom Shop is AMAZING! So helpful, easy to contact (unlike many other companies!) and resolved my issue beyond even what I was expecting.

The product I purchased was great quality and the service I received from Shaunna was excellent in resolving a problem I had with the return. I can't fault the service I received from start to finish.

We ordered a bathroom seat from the big bathroom shop which came as described. Unfortunately the fixings didn’t lock in place as they should so I emailed customer services and had fast and helpful responses to resolve the issue. Huge thanks to Karen for her assistance in resolving this for us swiftly. Really happy with the end result.

Most of the products are of good quality but we did have some issues with their after sales service. These have now been resolved

Kelly was fantastic in helping me solve an issue which several suppliers were unable to assist me with, a massive thank you absolute life saver!!!

Everything was eventually brilliant except FedEx delivered my order to a completely different address. It was delivered to house number 3 instead of 35. I had to chase this up with FedEx for several hours from 11:50am until about 3pm when it was eventually delivered by a rude driver.
Product was well packaged and of relatively good quality.

Got E-Mail to rate experience before delivery? Driver was very helpful. Unable to give products reviews until unpacked & installed. Date of experience not 9/7 actually 20/7. Had to postpone delivery due to vacation. E-Mail sent to delay delivery, which had auto response reply in 3 / 4 days. Fortunately response was prior to holiday & suitable date agreed.

Well as a mature person who is not too pc savvy i found it frustrating that i just could not find a Tel number on the page. I am doing a complete re fit to a 6 bathroom home but i managed to order a few things then gave up as i could not find a tel number and i get very suspicious when no Number is shown clearly. Reputable firms have a telephone number in a prominant position but no doubt some spotty Uni youth designed the Website. Poor show indeed. So now the Company replies on Trust Pilot looking for more information of my Order!! My complaint was about lack of a clear PHONE number not an Order, Sadly they have shown that they do NOT take such complaints seriously as it is obvious they never read it and have certainly NOT addressed it in any way whatsoever. I despair.

Contacted Daisy May R via chat to ask a couple of product questions and she was most helpful providing the information I required. In addition she was able to sort out my 10% discount as a first time buyer.

We had a problem with a toilet cistern failing which meant that water was constantly running over a metered connection, costing us a lot of expense. The toilet was less than a year old. We contacted BBS and they did try to help us to fix it ourselves over a period of several days but in the end we had to call an emergency plumber as none of their suggestions helped When I let them know about this and attached my invoice from the plumber, they came straight back with an immediate apology and actually refunded the plumber's fee, which was totally unexpected but very gratefully received. A big thank you to Kelly for helping us with this matter. Customer service that went above and beyond on this occasion to help us rectify our issue. We would definitely buy from BBS again.

I've bought a number of Radiators from bigbathroomshop.co.uk over the past few years and always been very pleased. Today, I needed some extra brackets, which weren't listed on their website, so I emailed their Customer Service and got very fast and efficient responses from Stephanie. She even put the items I wanted into my basket and all I had to do was log in and pay. Perfect, thank you very much!
