Terrible product

Terrible product, complete waste of money
This product is incredibly disappointing. It came with two bags of tiny beads, which are not nearly enough to fill it properly. The zip is poorly designed and completely useless—mine broke immediately.

The quality is awful, and the product feels cheap in every way. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this product and look for something better..

Worst product I have ever bought ,not…

Worst product I have ever bought ,not only polystyrene balls all over h,ouse nowhere near enough of them took three of to fill it and so uncomfortable ,it is down the skip already won't have crap products in my home ,please ignore positive views this is an atrocious product ,and lazy company don't even fill it for you ,all you get is a bit of material and two bags of filling ,make sure you got three people at hand to fill the crap material ,cheap nasty rubbish product at £50 would still be a rip off

This is a very cheap quality product

This is a very cheap quality product. The poly beads a very lightweight so it’s difficult to gain a firm enough end result and having to insert them yourself is a nightmare! Mine came with a paper clip attached to the zip which I didn’t think about until I closed the zip to try and push down the beads before adding more. The zip attachment which helps pull the zip open and close is missing - hence I suppose the paper clip but this is clearly faulty and shouldn’t have been delivered. Now the zip won’t open at all! Avoid this product there are far better quality ones available and perhaps also this company for sending out a clearly faulty product.

Give this one a miss, try another company.

I order a beanbag with next day delivery, but received 5 days later - their excuse was courier delays. When I received it the date stamped on the parcel was the previous day, so they were late posting it out but still charged me extra for next day and refused to refund me or the difference! Their customer service is awful - rude and uncaring.

When I opened the item the zip was broken and had been replaced with a paperclip! When I contacted them I was basically accused of damaging it myself and was trying to get a free replacement out of them. When I requested to take my complaint higher I was just ignored. So I just put up with what I'd purchased.

I was also surprised to find that the beanbag itself comes "flat packed" you get a pack of small white filling beans that you have to put in the item itself - this made a total mess and there certainly wasn't enough to fill it - I had to order more off Amazon. It then took a while for it to take shape properly.

Whilst the quality of the material seems very good and durable, the rest of the experience is terrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Big Bertha lounge puff

Big Bertha lounge puff. I paid a little extra because I wanted some nice guality item to my daughters firs own bedroom. 182 $ bean bag….I ordered the very exciting rabbit skin imitaion and nice extra large desing. However. The item stings cheap chinese factory plast, never mind the 1000 pieces stuck in the wodden flor after filling the “bag” we wery carefully follow with the instruction but still not succes. tis is not a place to do that at home or outside. Poor nature. But the worse is the smell. I can not even wash it now when its filled. Never buy from them. I will not return the item I see on the webbsite that is a scam and very unconfortable unfortunately again I did check the reviews to late…just a cardbord is “english made” whole item is a chinese dropshiping ariving from Poland. Buy it somewhere else half price. Conpany is a scam.

Change of order

I had ordered a chair for kids in the size 1-5 years old - but afterwards I found a char for 1-8 year olds. I had already ordered so I needed to contact big Bertha original to see if it was possible to change it. At first I tried the telephone number. But it kept ending the call. Then I send an email and only one hour later I got a response from a lovely person (Alexandra) who already changed my order to the new chair and refunded the small difference in the price. All I wished for 🙌🏻 very good experience and very excited to receive the chair now 🙌🏻

I have broken both my Hoover and

I have broken both my Hoover and, it feels like my back, trying to clean up the thousands upon thousands of static filling balls that are now covering most of my house. Absolutely do not buy this product unless you are prepared to spend an hour filling it and several more cleaning up. The company does not make it clear that their products come unfilled - they either need to design a much easier and more effective way of filling the bean bags or make it abundantly clear of what it entails. It’s not even that great a product - considerably different dimensions to what it lists and the seat is very shallow. Could not recommend it less!!!

Great customer service…

Bought a large footstool and initially had a problem with the filling. Customer Services were very proactive and sent me more filling, solving the issue.
Also received a follow up email from Customer Services making sure things were satisfactory.

Initial disappointment, lackluster product service

Initially a HUGE disappointment, but was resolved later. Still not only 3 stars for confusing service and ripped packaging causing hours of cleanup work.

We ordered a lounge pug 'chaise longue' but the filling we received did not even fill it up to keep you from lying on the floor. Does not hold any form or shape, so the back support was useless empty fabric. We planned an entire bedroom around this 'beautiful piece' and ordered a rug to match it out of excitement. But the product received looks NOTHING like what was shown on the website.

Customer support reveals that we accidentally only received 1 out of 3 boxes we should have gotten, which arrived about 2 days later. And when we received the final packages one of the boxes had a huge gash in it causing tiny pearls to cover the floor of our room, still cleaning those up… but product ended up decent quality.

Dont get the €60 blanket though, quality is subpar and barely covers your legs.

Absolutely terrible quality product, complete rip off! After having a nightmare filling it up then to realise it’s not even comfy and just a cheap piece of material, after reaching out they want to empty it out and return just the material? Not the 4 large bags of foam? What the hell did I just pay £360 for?

No way to reach an agent

No way to reach an agent. Constantly disconnect after choosing an option. The ask is to speak to a human for guidance, not an email exchange which takes way too long. If you can explain how to get a human, that is a good start.

Flat Beanbag

Contacted Big Bertha Orginal to complain about our memory foam beanbag turning into a flat pancake straight after heavily ‘puffing’ it. Was told that it’s the design and nothing can be done. Not surprised to see that it’s no longer sold on the website.

Thank you for your email.
Memory foam tends to compress after using it, it does need a good shake every now and then to make it fluffy again.
The beanbags with polystyrene beads adapt to the body and are lighter.
I can see you placed an order for a childs classic in cord blush pink , you can check both and see the difference in comfort, personal preference.
If you want to exchange it, we can do this for you, please confirm what item you want.
Please put the C200 back in the original box for the return.
