Initially slow in responding before shipment as I asked questions beforehand. Apparently the w/e I ordered, they rec'd lots of others also !! Tried to call on the phone any time of day was an absolute impossibility !! When I did receive my pillow, after a few stressful attempts the inner lining of the arms were too small as I had measured the lining & cover & the latter was twice the size & many emails back & forth & later they admitted it was incorrect. They were prompt in organising a courier for collection. They were prompt also rec'd refunds for postage & balance.

We ordered our couch and foot-end and got it delivered in June. In September we kinda figured that the couch was not stuffed as on the picture on the internet, it appeared half empty.

After reaching out to the customer service with our story and a picture, a delivery of additional filler material was made to our house in the Netherlands within a week to our first notice.

Started as a bit of a nightmare as Hermes/ Evri pretended to attempt delivery and stated I was not in.
I was and Ring camera evidence to show they never turned up. Customer service at Big Bertha were excellent and sorted mess out with re delivery by DPD.
The foot stool arrives in a huge box but with filling separate. Filling is very messy and awkward. Have no idea why bag can’t be filled prior as box is plenty big enough.
Foot stool is very nice but fabric not as tough as pictures on website lead you to believe. I was expecting a more canvas type feel considering its purpose. Feels more like a cushion and a very expensive one at that.
However I must say that customer service from Katie was top notch

I bought a small lounge pug bean bag which matched my new sofas perfectly. After I filled it with the polystyrene beads, I thought the amount of filling I received wasn’t sufficient to fill it properly as it was very squishy. I contacted the company and they sent a bag of extra filling within a couple of days. The bean bag now looks fabulous and I’m very pleased with quality of the product. Fabulous customer service from this company. Helpful and efficient.

This has to be an art performance criticising consumerism or Ikea trying out how far customers are willing to go in doing manual labour for free instead of the company actually providing a functional product. Chasing those statically charged tiny balls around to fill a stupid beanbag was borderline humiliating and the end result is far from being worth it.

Bought a really beautiful couch and hocker! Love it, looks great, real good quality!
Had a bit of a problem (not enough filling) but was solved without any issue and within a few minutes! Really friendly and good service! Recommended 100%!!

Thanks Beth for going the extra mile .. son was desperate for one of these for his first " big boy" room , it was just right for him . Tiny issue sorted by Beth quickly and 100% . I'd recommend these as a product and a company .

We’ve purchased both indoor and outdoor beanbags over the past few years and now XL sofa scatter cushions. Products arrived within two days of ordering. 1st class customer service and really pleased with the product. Yes you have to put together your own beanbags and cushion filler but is it really that hard?! Excellent company and repeated excellent experiences

The bean bags are nothing like the picture and don’t hold any shape whatsoever - waste of money

Had some doubts after reading the reviews, but the whole process went fine. The bag of filling might be made larger, but it is not that it is not enough. Fabric is soft and looks good, filled 2 objects in about 10 minutes. Will order again.

Package arrived great and settee seemed great quality and nice colour and material. That’s where it all ended! The settee is only suitable for a child, you can’t get up off it without rolling onto the floor. The seat part is much too short to be comfortable and it’s way too low! Complete waste of money as I thought this product that looked great on the website and dimensions seemed ok…. But I don’t think they are accurate in reality and by the time you have filled it and we had to store it for a while, it was too late to send back and allot of hastle.

Very disappointed with this product
As much as I loved the photos on the website but actually it’s nothing like the one I had very small to be considered 3 person sofa.
The fact that we had to fill it up was another issue made the whole experience not worth it. Took long time to fill and sort.
Unfortunately the results is not worth it to be honest.
I bought 3/2 seaters sofas and the armchair which I was shocked at the size of it . Should be stated that these are suitable for kids not adults!!!!!

It's a scam.This is the worst product I've ever bought. I wanted a bean bag and recieved something terrible. Its just a piece of textile material to be filled with these beans. This is insanely inconvinient, the whole lviing room becomes full with this small litlle things and cannot be cleaned that easy. The product is completely scam, these is nothing to do with the original pictures and presentation. This thing just melts on the ground in a giant circle, does not want to take any kind of form. all the advertisement is false. I tried to return it, filled in the return declaration then dpd did not come. This is the worst thing I've ever bought in my life. Hope nomore people will get scammed with this.

Avoid. Scam. Box arrived soaking and open. It was a DIY kit for a bean bag with a whole in the flimsy plastic containing the beans so they went everywhere. Oh and a paperclip for the zip pull! No direct legit returns/refund process cannot call as phone not on a weekend and now having to wait for email reply still…!

Hello I would like to review the product, first time bought the classic bean bag in aluminum color and couple of things, needed two people to fill it up which took some time , second lots of packaging to dispose of afterwards , quite messy if you are on your own i would imagine …and third and most importantly , we were very disappointed and underwhelmed with the classic bean bag, it was labelled as adult but only my 5 year old son can sit comfortably in it, my husband and I found it extremely uncomfortable and not even anything to support the back no matter how much you try to shape the bean bag , i suppose you can argue it is not the highback one but still whats the point to buy a bean bag that you cant even sit on, also I wanted to review it in your website but cannot find a public website to do it, this bean bag should probably be advertised as for chidren! For reference we are not big people, average size and height both of us are 5’4 and 5’6 and it was very uncomfortable to sit on .. would not recommend at all, I even paid the priority delivery .. for anyone buying do read reviews of this first as that explains the lack of reviews with photos in the website

I ordered The Slouchy Beanbag Chair but received instead the Beanbag XXL. Initially I didn't realize it was the wrong product, just that it didn't match expectations and I requested a return. The reply with return instructions was prompt. Meanwhile I realized they had sent me the wrong product and I wrote back explaining. Since then they disappeared. No answer to my email for a week, impossible to reach them by phone. I am stuck with a beanbag I didn't want that cost with shipping 184 EUR.

Don't buy this. For 1699dkk I got a beanbag chair that wasn't just flat as a pancake, but within the first two weeks it was coming apart at the seams and I had little, static, foam balls absolutely everywhere. The quality is completely atrocious and it is the largest waste of money I have ever had the misfortune of spending. Only thing it is good for is the trash - so please, be smarter than me and do not waste your money on this. You will regret it.

After the amount of bad reviews I was quite confident that something is wrong with the actual product. And I read them after i ordered so yeah I expected to be a mess.

1. Assembly required is exactly what it is you get the cover and the filling separately, you take that cover open the zipper (child protection zipper so you need to pull up to open it) and the rest is quite easy as the filling is in a bag you put the mouth of the bag inside the cover and let it flow.

2. Not enough filling. That's true for a stiffer and more exactly product there should be more filling but that is not a problem as the response from support was fast and the missing amount was delivered free of charge.

3. Smell, yeah that is not avoidable because of the process of inflating the polystyrene beads need some chemicals and some don't lose their smell so easily. Is gonna go after one
-two weeks or keep it outside open for a few days.

The product and support are good overall.

P.S. The filling amount is enough for the chair but with a foot stool something would end up under filled.

Having spent some time to find the right size footstool for an elderly relative, I ordered the small footstool described as 28 x 40. I expected there might be a small difference to the size during manufacture, but the footstool I received is substantially smaller at 22 x 39. Worryingly, the filling bag only contained 0.85 cubic foot of filling. I can only conclude that the company are well aware the footstool is not the size advertised and needs less filling than the advertised footstool would need!!!!! Several attempts to contact the company before leaving a negative review were met with we are all to ‘busy’ please ‘try again later’. This footstool is not as described.
