Asked for my annual maintenance check to take place a few weeks earlier than last year, and was given a suitable timeslot very quickly. The engineer who came (Dan) was exceptionally good - a great ambassador for Big Brother. He serviced my alarm, pinpointed a problem with my CCTV and executed an effective fix straightaway.

Engineer whom we had not seen before gave us sufficient warning to book parking. The maintenance was carried out efficiently and in a friendly and helpful manner. Took slightly longer than usual because he had to make two trips back to his vehicle, first to get mask and then to get more batteries. I was especially pleased that he took the time to replace the batteries on the keyfobs which is tricky to do.

I have been a client of Big Brother for several years not only did they renew my fire alarm system but have continued to provide a professional and efficient service looking after the system.Their engineers are polite, professional and always turn up on time.

Engineer was polite and did his job, but was unable to fix our security lights (two of which have broken) which Big Brother will charge us for separately. 3 were installed at the same time by them and 2 have stopped working. Overall value for money from Big Brother is however terrible, with very unreliable system and poor customer service.

I had my alarm system & CCTV set up around 6 years ago with Big Brother. Never really had any major issues and every time I booked new jobs they are always professional and efficient in the office and home visits.

I contacted Big Brother All Security with an alarm query and they responded within a couple of hours. They provided me with two reasonable quotations and a date for the job to be completed.
I asked if they were able to complete the work sooner than the date I had been allocated and although they were very busy, they managed to visit my property and service my alarm a week earlier than planned. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable. My experiences with this company have always been positive. Thank you!

We've been customers since 2015, and have always been happy with their responsiveness and service. We've used them for CCTV, burglar alarm, and ongoing maintenance and been pleased throughout. Dwayne has done regular service checks for years, and installed a burglar alarm for us recently, and is a thorough professional. They are very respectful, tidy, and take the time to teach you how to use the system well.

We had excellent service from BBS earlier in the year when our security system developed a fault.
The engineer who called knew immediately what the problem was and fixed it rapidly.
He inspected the system and advised us on improvements we should make, explaining the reasons for them. He advised us to take out an annual contract which gives us peace of mind.

He immediately contacted the office who sent us a quote for the recommended improvements and registered us for an annual contract.

Owing to COVID restrictions, the appointment to install the improvements was postponed for several months. I requested a specific engineer as he clearly understands the system and had given us excellent service.
BBS arranged for the same engineer to call at the appointed time. He arrived punctually and discussed with us at the beginning of the visit what was to be done. He very efficiently completed the job within a reasonable time, tested the whole system and patiently talked us through the operational details.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Big Brother Security. Very efficient, very professional and everything was very well documented. I’ve recommended Big Brother Security to all of my family and friends.

On Thursday my alarm would not reset and said it needed servicing. The property needs to be alarmed 24/7 I rang Big Brother in the afternoon and received an appointment in the following morning. The engineer called me one hour before he was due, which gave me time to get there and completed the service and reset satisfactorily

We were very happy with the quick response we received from Dwayne, after sending the company an email when our alarm system was playing up.
He was able to rectify the problem from his end immediately. Excellent service!!

We have always receive great service and support from the company with our alarm which we've had for many years, the engineers who visit are always on time and extremely helpful

I've just had a full health check service of my system from the engineer, Dwayne. He was great. Very efficient, answered all my questions and I was very happy with the whole process.

This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with agnostic of product. Completely useless! I bought an alarm from them and it went faulty in just over a year. Which meant I had to buy a full new motherboard. Every time something goes wrong they do everything in their power to get a fee out of you by saying you need a call out which they charge an astronomical amount for. The fitting was very shoddy. Wires all over the place and not neatly put together. The alarm is a cheap product from China and I paid just under £1000 and I really regret not going with a branded company like banham.

Not a helpful company!! Avoid at all cost.

If you don’t want the headache of this companies product take my advice and don’t use them. Spend a bit extra and go for banhan

I would highly recommend Big Brother All security. They have a very helful team and they are vey good at providing a step by step guide when it comes to using the alarm or any other services. Dwayne and Eddy were especially helpful as they anwered all our questions and relieved my mum of her security concerns.

Recently had my alarm system installed. The installation was professional and respectful of my home. Engineers were patient with me as they introduced me to the new technology, didn't matter how many times they had to go over the information. Didn't make me feel silly... thank you. I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone.
