Very good workman ship reliant and on time, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend big brother to everyone I know.

We are very happy with the service provided by Big Brother. Anthony our installer arrived promptly and was courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgeable taking time to explain the system and ensuring I was happy with how to operate everything before he left. We had sourced our own equipment which proved more complicated than either we or Anthony had anticipated, however Anthony was patient and worked through it all without any issue. In hindsight I would really recommend seeking advice on the best system from Big Brother in advance, had we done so we may have selected a more straight forward system which would have been easier all round (blame husband for this), however 10/10 to Big Brother for their responsiveness and adaptability.

I Did all my best to keep the High Level of Security Standard of BBAS.
For they Costumers is part of BBAS family, like office staff and engineers,And how on All family, they Do and Ask team To give the best security service to keep safe All members .
I can granted , LIA and Dwain work hard 20/22 hours a day some time's , for costumers safety.
Choice BBAS, and keep calm, if you need to wait some days for service.
FAST service NOT always ,is GOOD service,

Great service this morning from Anthony and Duane. Had the old door entry system in my Personal Training studio upgraded and the guys were very considerate of working around my clients and causing the least disruption possible. Job done efficiently, new system installed and great service! Very happy to recommend.

Really happy with my experience with big brother security - have dealt with Dwayne - was kept up to date with all the fine details of work and any questions i had were answered very quickly. He made sure i got the right products which were right for me and my home environment - taking into consideration that i have dogs and what type of camera would suit me best. Excellent service from big brother, engineers on site excellent, vince and haks

Very satisfied with system installed and price paid. Only problem was that engineers visits or service calls were usually delayed, upsetting our plans for the day.
