AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would give a 0 if I could. Dishonest & time wasters. Terrible customer service. Called prior to arriving so someone was available to discuss 2 cars with me. Ended up there for 5 hours due to sales personnel who was dealing with me just continuously walking off to talk others/gossip in staff room whilst still in the middle of discussing buying a car. Multiple times I had to get up and go find him after waiting ages. I was interested in 2 particular cars & test drove both. Prior to test driving, I asked if they had full service & MOT history, they said yes to both. Just before putting a deposit down, I asked to see proof of service & MOT. The guy looked sheepish and turns out both cars have never had a service or MOT's done. To which I decided not to go further. I wouldnt have wasted my time if I had known I was being lied to and the cars hadn't even been serviced once etc. Very Dishonest. Definitely care more about just getting a quick sale than delivering any form of customer service.

This company seem great at first, the sales process is organised they assure you of car checks etc and upsell the extended warranty guaranteeing that it covers anything electrical or mechanical. However, after sales is dreadful. I initially raised the issue with the car on their app a few months in. Which seemingly is not actually looked at - at all - so wasted time waiting for a response which would have never come unless I took further action. It then took about 2 months to even speak to anyone to give me the details of the warranty team after numerous emails and calls. The warranty team then take at least 45-minutes to get through to (they never look at emails so this is completely pointless). You then have to self-diagnose the issue you car has (pay for the diagnosis with a garage and get the garage to speak to BM World and send the report wasting their time as well) and BM World then continue to ignore you - telling bare-faced lies that they had sent the approval email through to the garage and myself when it was clear neither of us had received it. After insisting that they send me the email while on the phone to them so they actually had to send through (speaking to them for the third time that day after they had earlier promised to send to me and again failed to - taking literally 2-3 hours of my life) what I then received is a completely non-explanatory confirmation they are covering just £400 of a £2500 repair. When I queried what this was on the basis of when they are obliged to cover anything electrical or mechanical they claimed it was because 'they can supply this part', with zero details, which just reinforces the point that they have no intention of covering their actual obligations under the warranty. What is really clear is that this company have a policy of ignoring, obfuscating and seeking to avoid their liabilities they are committed to in the hope that you just give up. If you look at reviews.io site you will get a much better sense of people's actual experience than Trust Pilot seems to suggest! I will be escalating this further with Big Motoring World until they confirm they will meet the full repair costs as they are obliged to - and will be taking it to the ombudsmen and courts if needed.

Would rate a Zero if possible.
We have had an absolutely awful experience with this dealership from start to finish.
From the very beginning, we were treated poorly. We were made to wait over an hour past the time we had been told to arrive, only to be told “it gets busy” as if our time did not matter. After finally being seen, we viewed the car my mum had paid £130 to have transferred from the Sheffield branch a fee she understood was non-refundable.
My mum fell in love with the car despite a few minor scratches and a small dent, and we were assured these issues would be repaired free of charge. After the test drive, we were happy with the car and ready to proceed. However, once my mum stated she would be paying upfront rather than financing, the tone completely changed. Strange and invasive comments were made such as:
“Are you paying tax?”
“Do you have savings?”
“Oh, you’re not financing?”
These comments felt extremely rude and inappropriate. We tried to brush them off and assume they were just making conversation, but it made us uncomfortable.
The payment process then became painfully long-winded, with constant pressure to purchase additional warranty packages. My mum repeatedly declined and instead agreed to purchase the smart repair package, yet they continued being incredibly pushy. It got to the point where we literally had to say, “We have to go to work,” just for them to finally complete the process.
Even paying the deposit became a problem. The finance team only sent my mum a payment link for £500 despite her wanting to pay the full amount outright. Thank God she did not pay the full balance.
We were then told the car would be ready for collection the following Thursday. Multiple family members took time off work to collect it only for there to be absolutely no communication and for the car not to be ready. My mum is a healthcare worker who needs a car to travel to her patients, yet when we explained this to the company, we were simply told, “Nothing we can do.”
We were promised a call the following week when the car was actually ready. No one called all week. By Friday I had completely lost patience because my mum still had no car and was having to borrow my sister’s vehicle. I spent almost an hour on hold only for the call to cut off. I called back again, got transferred to the Camberley branch, waited on hold again, and finally got through to someone who informed me the car had not even been repaired.
What upset us most was the complete lack of communication. We are very understanding people and fully appreciate that delays happen and staff can be unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control. But to leave customers completely in limbo without a single update is absolutely unacceptable. My mum was waiting all week anticipating a phone call that never came.
To make matters worse, when my mum eventually went to collect the car, she was informed that the smart repair may not even be completed for a long time because the repair person is unavailable “for the foreseeable future.” She was even told there is a whole queue of cars waiting to be fixed.
At this point, we genuinely feel like we have been taken for an absolute joke. My mum has already sold her old car because she was assured this one would be repaired within a week, and she is now paying insurance for the car she viewed to buy from this dealership despite still not properly having it ready or repaired. On top of that, the dealership is still holding £500 of her deposit.
Another unbelievable moment was when they tried begging my mum to sell them her old car for £400 after previously claiming it would be valued around “£10,000” — which honestly made all of us laugh because it was so ridiculous.
I am absolutely appalled by the level of customer service we have received and would never recommend this branch to anyone. The lack of professionalism, communication, respect, and accountability has been shocking.
Do not come here.

Absolutely awful experience at Big Motoring World. Reception staff were rude from the moment we arrived, with one receptionist openly swearing and complaining about “what a shit day” they were having in front of customers. There seemed to be more care and attention given to the coffee bar than actual customer service.
The whole place felt chaotic and disorganised, and our appointment ended up running over 30 minutes late with no real apology or communication. In the end I asked for my deposit back and left.
Definitely would not buy a car from this company or use them again.

The staff were so polite informative and helpful, it all gave me a feeling of trust and confidence as a client, and the car was better in person than the pictures show, I was supper happy that I was buying from the right place, Thank you The Big Motoring World.

Lorraine is the loveliest sales lady, we were in the shop for 8 hours yesterday (such a long time I know!) making our decision and she was so patient with us. We’re leaving with a beautiful car and a great deal. Matt the manager was brilliant and super helpful, again very patient and so lovely. Both of them were so knowledgeable and provided such great advice.

A calm way to buy a car…. Great to have the car I wanted at the price I liked and have it valeted before collection. Recommend to you all!

Reached on time and got checked in at the reception. Had test drive appointment for 2 cars, with one in reserved.
After an hour of waiting and in between having to prompt the staff multiple times about the delay, finally got to view the reserved car 60 mins after checking in. It took further 35 mins and multiple reminds before i got a test drive on the reserved car. The test drive was a shorter one and not many details were furbished and neither were many questions answered.
Didn't get to see or test drive the second car, as was told the car wasnt ready, inspite of booking.
If you turn up there, be prepared to be ignored.
Day light difference between service witnessed at authorised dealership and at this online company.

I would be very cautious. The car seemed OK. It was an EV, and they only guarantee battery health above 80%, even though they know the precise percentage from their original checks. They also did not mention the worn rear brake discs. However, I expected some of the above and built that into my pricing.
The biggest concern was the £130 I paid to move the car from Wimbledon to Camberley. I paid this solely based on the part-exchange estimate of between £4,200 and £3,200 for my 2018 vehicle, which I have had offers for between £3,000 and £3,700 via other companies.
After a test drive and an hour wait, I was greeted with a £2,000 part-exchange offer. I politely left, explaining I would not have driven over 100 miles had I known that, especially given their own website quoted otherwise.
Summary:
My advice is do not part-exchange blindly. Thoroughly check the vehicle you are buying (I was a former mechanic), and review the vehicle’s previous MOT history, as most will have advisory notes worth paying attention to. Make sure to ask whether any flagged issues have been rectified before proceeding.

I had a fantastic experience at Big Motoring World thanks to Charlie. They made the entire car-buying process seamless, from arranging the test drive to explaining the different finance options in a way that was easy to understand. I also appreciated the clear breakdown of the warranty packages, which helped me make an informed decision without feeling pressured. Highly recommend asking for Charlie if you’re looking for a smooth, professional service! Thank you.

This is for Camberley branch
In store staff where ok this is more about after sales mangers and their lack of customer service/support
Brought a car and in the the first few days had issues with a Engine noise which the would book in for checks 3weeks down the line not acceptable
I then found a garage myself and they sorted it in no time at all
Then a few days later a tyre and tracking issues, tracking out and tyre perishable
But not flagged at mot a few weeks earlier
Staff / management taking to long to answer emails or calls and being told they would only give a £100 including vat as a good will gesture what a insult after the thousands I spent with them buying the car
I would never recommend this company to anyone going by my experience

Short test drive. Meeting was late and felt like they were pushing extras that I didn’t want too much. Didn’t put the right deposit down I wanted on the finance sheet. Wouldn’t probably go back there.

Poor customer service, left sitting and waiting in the showroom. Very brusque sales person. Was not a great experience

Charlie (Sales guy) was super helpful and went through the multitude of options to me, without the usual 'pushy sales' tactics. Everything was made clear to me and all my queries where answered fully, with clarify. The whole experience was very smooth!

Thanks to the Staff Andrew and Hamzah for accommodating us when we choose the car and did a test drive last 18 April 2026. Yesterday. we went back to pick up the car, it was also smooth transaction of payment and processing of documents. I am satisfied

I wasn’t expecting anything good but jt was worse. Booked an appointment which was very easy and efficient on the phone. Get to the showroom, have to wait half an hour and it was only through chasing people up did we eventually manage to see the car we had asked to see - which also wasn’t ready for us when we got there.
Would never recommend or visit again. Went to an actual dealership the next day and the experience is night and day!

The car is fantastic however one of the keys has no battery left. There are also scratches that have been covered badly.

Emir at Camberley was great, very informative, helpful and was not overly pushy. Couldn’t fault him!
However the wait times were very long even after booking an appointment. Be prepared to wait a while after your appointment time (up to an hour!). Might as well not have prebooked the appointment and just walked in, as the wait times were the same. No update from reception as to how much longer it would be, poor communication shown.
My car was also valued for a part exchange during this visit where I was not allowed to know the price until I bought the new car. I didn’t think this was fair and was very poor customer service!
