If I could rate this zero I would. And I would really think twice before ever stepping foot in big motoring world and buying from them!
11 days after purchasing from big motoring world I started noticing issues with the car, this was in March- now in May I took it to the garage they booked me into which had stated the issues would of been there before I purchased the car and also how big motoring world knew of this as they was trying to cover things up with thick grease in certain areas of car to hide certain faults. Terrible.
Consumer rights act which I am well within and have been advised to take legal action as they actually won’t have a leg to stand on!
Good luck to anyone that buys a car from this company, there a con. They need to be seriously looked into and from the advice I have been given there are lots of people taking steps of action! So fingers crossed everyone who is!

I had a great experience with Farhaan at Big Motors UK. He was very professional, helpful, and honest throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. Farhaan was very patient and never put any pressure on me, which i really appreciated.

After purchasing the car i found out the passenger door handle lights don't work. I reported it the next day only for them to take 3 weeks to book me in for a diagnostics to a garage that doesn't even work for them and hasn't for the last 6 months so, i didn't actually have an appointment. They keep fobbing me off every time i speak to them saying i need to get diagnostics done and they would pay £100 inc VAT but i cant take it to any garage as they charge more than that. There was also a dent on the door i didn't notice as when i saw the car it was sandwiched in between others and when i did get it out and take it back into the show room to have a look i was rushed due to a fire alarm. I brought this up with them and they are refusing to help with that and also not getting any resolution on the handles. I've also noticed the passenger door speaker has blown and a horrible squeaking noise from the drivers side wheel. Clearly no checks done. the car was not cleaned properly on collection either. I've rejected the car which I'm within my rights to do so and I'm still waiting to get it sorted but no one will speak to me after multiple phone calls and emails but I've kept the emails and now opened a case with the motor ombudsman who are now going to look into my case. AVIOD this company at all cost as the aftercare and customer service is awful.

Absolutely fabulous service, dealt with Adam McNicholas and he was excellent and well versed in his selling skills. Very happy with my car, the ease of buying it and the valet done. Highly recommend.

It was going quite nicely until all the upsells started (over-priced warranties, paint, wheels) you name it. They low-balled me on part-exchanging my beloved Passat. And don’t negotiate on the price, even when there are clear defects with their vehicles.
Unfortunately the car I was looking at had awful scratches as a result of going through a cheap car wash, with swirls and deeper scratches on every panel. When I pointed out that it would cost a significant amount to have a full valet/polish that’s when the real fun started.
They wheeled out the “manager” to negotiate with me.
I honestly feel like having a cold shower. He was incredibly patronising. Leaning on emotions implying I was basically an idiot not to buy the £3,600 warranty upsell on a £20k car.
So they’ll upsell you ridiculously overpriced warranties but don’t negotiate on the price of the car and then imply you’re an idiot for not buying it (we all know that’s how they earn their commissions).
Frankly if this is how they treat people during the sales process, I can’t imagine what the aftercare is like if something goes wrong.
I’d rather eat my very hard earned money than hand it over to a company I’ve this.
I should add, while I was waiting, there’s were several other sales assistants lolling around in the empty showroom comparing how many “units” each of them had sold, laughing and joking about what they’d spend their bonuses on. With one of them trying to persuade his female colleague to go on a date with him. Amongst other totally inappropriate topics with a customer in earshot.
Avoid avoid avoid.

I had a very disappointing experience at Big Motoring World Camberley.
I made an appointment for 4pm to view a car I had already reserved online with a £99 reservation fee. I drove almost two hours with my family to attend the appointment, but after arriving, the staff appeared disorganized and uninterested. I was repeatedly asked why I was there, despite having a confirmed booking.
The receptionist was not welcoming, and several staff members seemed unable to locate the reserved vehicle or access the booking properly. I waited for nearly an hour before anyone took me seriously, and overall I spent almost two hours in the showroom before any real progress was made.
After eventually test-driving the car, I was interested in proceeding. However, I then experienced heavy pressure selling regarding extended warranties. One salesperson even claimed, as a “former mechanic,” that the car would likely break down and strongly pushed me to purchase additional warranty cover. This completely reduced my confidence in the vehicle.
I later discovered the car already had remaining manufacturer warranty from Hyundai, which was never properly explained during the sales process.
The finance quotes also kept changing multiple times. Initially I was quoted extremely high monthly payments and a 13.3% APR, despite having a strong Experian credit score and previous finance history at much lower APR rates. Different staff members then returned with different figures several times, which felt confusing and unprofessional.
After finally agreeing to proceed and paying a £500 holding deposit, I arranged to collect the car on Monday. While I was already travelling to the showroom for collection, I received a phone call saying the car was not ready due to ongoing work. At that point I completely lost trust in the company and cancelled the purchase.
Thankfully, I later purchased the same model, same year, similar mileage, and same features from an official Hyundai dealer with a much better finance deal at 8.5% APR and significantly lower monthly payments.
Overall, this was a stressful and disappointing experience that wasted a lot of time for both myself and my family. I would recommend better customer service, improved communication, and more transparency during the finance and warranty process.

Was allowed to wander round to look at cars without having sales people bothering us, once we found something we were interested in from the huge choice of cars it was easy to book a test drive . Really nice premises and set up , loads of choice and easy to purchase, happy with our new skoda .

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the amazing team at Big Motoring World Camberley.
Today I received such a lovely surprise through Royal Mail Tracked — the spare key for my car, months after purchase. I honestly have never known customer service like this before, and it really meant a lot.
From the very beginning, the purchase of my new motor was completely hassle-free, and every member of the Camberley team has been so supportive and helpful throughout. Receiving the spare key today was the absolute cherry on the cake!
Thank you again for going above and beyond — it’s genuinely appreciated.

MINIMAL COMMUNICATION
Still awaiting a response from an issue when I bought the car at the end of Feb. Another issue has risen and they haven’t acknowledged it at all - followed their reporting system and not heard a thing even after following with an email.
It seems I have to do all the chasing and they don’t care now!
Last heard from on the 29/04 (and only got that response as I left a honest review about it!)
AVOID!!
