initial experience was good, nice and professional. Then the salesman tried to upsell cleaning products and warranties and it turned into an unpleasant experience, quickly. I thought those days were gone, but sadly not in this case.
They also only leave about 10 miles of fuel in the car.. it would be a nice touch to put some in so that my first experience leaving isn't desperately searching for a petrol station..

This was quite honestly a great experience from start to finish. From sales to finance and then collections, everyone was so down to earth and a pleasure to speak to. So good in fact, I might just sell my new car to do it all again!!

Thomas was the salesman I dealt with. Very thorough with explaining all things needed to know when buying the car. Was no pressure tactics when he was trying to sell me the extended warranty and other extras.
Left the showroom happy in my new car.

Good range of cars but really poor warranty with cover and length. Very inexperienced worker drove us out of the yard for a test drive and nearly skidded into three cars!
Little known about an individual car i had booked an appointment to view. I ended up going to a local dealer where they could provide a 3 year warranty with full service history for a very similar price.

It was really simple to reserve a car on the website. Staff were really friendly but they did try too hard to sell you an extended warranty and car paint protection.
I did my research and knew what we wanted to look at so the process was simple. We did drive home with a car.
I reserved 2 cars and paid 2 refundable deposits of which one was returned straight away (the car that we purchased). I am still waiting for the other one to be returned to me even after a week has passed by. Big motoring world are not taking any responsibility to aid the return of the deposit, I just have to wait for the transaction to expire which I'm not to happy about.
All in all we are happy that we have purchased a car that we like. Price was fair, process was good. I would overall recommend looking for a car with them.

Reserved a car online and then travelled 3hours then was shown a car that wasn’t ready to drive away as stated. It was dirty and all the seatbelts where furry with mould and there where paint chips on the boot lid and a cigarette burn on the back seat.also there was a warning on the dash that it needed a service. Then to finish off they offered me the bottom end of the estimate for my trade in even though it was in better condition than the one I was buying. They would not negotiate any price reduction or increase the price of my trade in so I left and bought a car from another garage on my way home.

So I ordered a mini from the London location to the Norwich location back in mid December. The vehicle was scheduled to arrive on a Sunday and I arrived at the dealership on Monday. Just to make sure it would have arrived. When I asked the receptionist if my vehicle that I reserved had made it, they didn’t see it. With some further assistance, it was located but on the lot without the reservation. When I test drove it, it still had a big windshield sticker on it which made it hard to drive and see. Also both tires on the front had low tread on them but the left side more than the right. I had asked for the tires to be replaced after making sure I had the purchase. The manager or someone in supervision said they can replace only one of the tires and it would be the left one as it did show low. They would place the order and let me know when the tire arrives. I still haven’t heard or received an email from the dealer so I have already replaced them. In addition, when I received the vehicle it had only 1 mile of gas in as I was told by the financial agent handing me the keys and I would need to head over to the gas station to fuel it up. This whole car buying experience was horrible and a bunch of inconveniences. Never would have happened in the USA.

This is not a bad shop. Not a bad seles represenatives. However, the customer service methods chosen by management are the worst I have ever experienced. Sales representatives simply repeat copy-and-paste definitions as they have to, and the pressure to buy extras is real. My husband left the first branch because he had enough of the pushing.
At the second branch, I clearly said I did not need an extended warranty. After speaking with the sales representative, the sales manager came over for yet another pressure-filled conversation. I was asked whether I would have £2–3k available for repairs if the car broke down without an extended warranty. When I said yes, he then asked why I needed a loan for the car in the first place.
We did buy the car because the price was good but in the future if decide to buy a car again we will definetely order online and ignore all phonecalls from this shop.
