It took over 2 weeks to receive my order. The website does not have a customer service phone number to contact. Emails went unanswered for days. I would be very reluctant to make another purchase or suggest to my friends.
The lack of ability to make contact via phone comes across as a reluctance to engage your customers. Too bad there aren't negative stars to select for customer service.

This was ordered as a gift but the size was too big. Bigandtalldirect had a very easy return process. The downside was I had to pay for shipping.

Also if I could make a request. I didn’t see any athletic cut or slim cut in your selections. I am big and tall but not “robust” and these shirts have a lot of extra fabric around the waist.

Very comfortable to wear, might be worth getting them hemmed to length, I just didn't want to spend the extra it takes to get it done. Maybe I can get my wife to pull out the needle and thread.
