MAY AS WELL SHOP AT TEMU

Big, corporate empires like this don't care about customers, just consumers.
Half the stuff I order is undeliverable in the cart, then refunded right before dispatch.
The other half arrives broken and damaged (loose threads, books slashed by Stanley knives).
They send "random colours" of whatever they want, rather than specific colours I ordered. In which case, may as well shop on eBay or Temu.
They really suck. And I forget this every six or so months, and then I remember.
OH. And they love to tell us to treat their staff with respect, but don't respect us, AND make us angry before we even connect with a human. Do better. I have no expectations. 1,2 star reviews is maximum across all platforms for a reason. Buy elsewhere when you can.

The advert suggested i was buy 2…

The advert suggested i was buy 2 (pairs) i expected of surfer joe thongs and a pair of double plug thongs.but only 1 of each was sent , they then changed their advert after my complaint , and are un will to assist in paying for the return of these items and wish to charge me a return fee ontop.

Don’t use BigW online

BigW online would be the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I made an online order on 22 January 2026. Three weeks after my product was supposed to be delivered I am still waiting. I’ve called about six times and each time I’m told someone will call me with an update in 12 to 24 hours. No one ever calls. It’s the same story every time. It’s like they are reading a script telling them to blame logistics. I have now asked them for a refund. It will be interesting to see how many calls it takes to get that and who they will blame for the delay.

BIGW marketplace No, No, NO

Ordered and paid for a vibrating platform from Big W on the 5th.
Picked up by couriers on the 9th. 17th, still no sign of it. Phoned Aramex, the couriers
They said it was picked up by a partner courier and to contact the sellers directly.
The Seller was Prime Cart.

The sellers have no contact number and no drop-down item in the menu to say "item not received"
I now have no way of inquiring to anyone, so I guess I will just have to do a chargeback from the bank.
I wish I had checked their rating here first, but I thought BigW was a reputable company. Clearly not.

Wouldn't wish this company's shenanigans on my worst enemy

To cut a long story short, an absolutely atrocious experience. Between Big W, LIVIBE (the seller), and Couriers Please (the courier), no one has been able to confirm the status of my order and whether it has actually been shipped. After some back and forth on the phone and via email, I received push-back when i requested cancellation and a refund of the order as they said cancellation of a shipped order can't be done - despite no one being able to confirm that was actually the case. Anyway, standby for whether this gets resolved.

Useless Customer Support

Ordering photos online but my local store isn't in the list of stores to pickup from. Complained several times and must be too hard to pass on problem onto head office.
Just get lame excuses.

Foam hairs curlers

Delivery Time was slow. The actual product was awful. Very tiny hair curlers that were very stiff and unusable. Also some were with damaged foam.

Large canvas $18.

I thought I was ordering from big w. Sadly it was big w marketplace. Is it temu under a different name? Large canvas was tiny , in the photo they show it above a three seater couch, well it's going to have trouble stretching over a one seater. It's also not in a frame but rolled up and pegged over your fence from a delivery service I never heard of. My experience anyway. Also bought a large rug off them a few weeks ago and whilst it is very large It's also very thin. Suffice to say I have learnt my lesson with big w marketplace

I $119 dollar foot spa

I $119 dollar foot spa, it was dropped off at my door when I was sleeping, when I retrieved the box and bought it in side, i was angry because the box was terribly damaged, there wasn’t a straight corner on it, I opened the box to find the spa had no plastic on it, and it looked dirty and was scratched, it looked like someone had used it prior to me receiving it, since it was here I thought I’d try it anyway, as I put water in it, I noticed the top had been broken, and the spa wouldn’t turn on, I’m obviously sending it back, but will no longer buy anything from big w, another time I bought a hall table, the delivery guy didn’t even have a trolley to bring it in, he had to use mine, please big w, get yourself some decent delivery people that know what they are doing. Very disappointing experience with Big…

Very disappointing experience with Big W. Customer service is extremely poor and unhelpful. Delivery is not trustworthy at all — the driver left my order without any proper communication or confirmation, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the delivery was very late with no clear updates. When I tried to lodge a complaint, customer support was slow, dismissive, and did nothing to resolve the issue. Overall, a frustrating experience from start to finish. I would not recommend ordering online from Big W unless you’re prepared for delays and poor service.

Ordered egg shellers three in pack…

Ordered egg shellers three in pack guaranteed to take shell off egg what a terrible scam.
I didn’t have any paperwork to send them back so left with three useless items.
Wouldn’t order from big W on line again.
Have bought so many thing’s from big w and certainly didn’t expect these to be scams.

Hi , i ordered a click and collect from big w charlestown nsw , it said they had item in stock and took the money out for this item, 3 hours later they email me saying they had no stock and said I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my money back , how can they take my money for an order they dont even have , that's steeling , its not right taking a customer's money for an item that's not even available in stock , and after 5 calls to big w online they mouth off at me then hang up on me ,DO NOT BUY FROM THEM , THEY ARE THIEVES

Do NOT use Big W Market

Do NOT use Big W Market. I have been mucked around since ordering. Third Party claims parcel was lost but it was never sent. A whole lot of mucking around and still no product. Big W were chasing it up but the third party seller Nostech Traders Pty Ltd were lying saying parcel was sent. Never ever was sent. Now saying lost in transit.

Worst than Temu

I am beyond frustrated with Prime Cart operating through Everyday Market (Woolworths online marketplace) and their couriers - Couriers Please. It has been 20 days since my parcel was ordered, and I am still without my item and without any clear answers. This is, hands down, the most incompetent on line business and courier service I have ever dealt with.
I suspect the "tracking" is a complete fabrication. For nearly three weeks, my parcel has either stalled or provided updates that make no sense. When I reached out for help, through Everyday Market the experience was even worse. Their customer service is a "pathetic joke". I have spent hours trying to navigate their useless AI chatbot, which only offers automated responses and runs you in circles.
When I did manage to get through to a human, Everyday Market support just said they will get the suppliers to follow up. Guess what, after 2 days I heard nothing.
Couriers Please were completely unable to locate the parcel in their own system. They have no idea where it is, yet they take no accountability for the loss. It is a systemic failure from the top down. They even said one of two items was delivered the day after I initially complained. Their proof of delivery photos shows a delivery to the wrong address which demonstrates the level of Couriers Please’s incompetency
According to other reviews my experience highlights exactly what other customers have reported in 2025 and early 2026:
• Fake delivery attempts: I’ve been home all day, only to receive a notification saying "delivery attempted".
• Vanishing parcels: My package has essentially "disappeared" with zero detail on where it was last checked.
• No communication: I’ve sent multiple emails and made several calls with zero follow-up or resolution.
If you are a sender, do not use CouriersPlease unless you want to ruin your reputation and lose your customers' orders. If you are a buyer, save yourself the headache and request any other service—even a carrier pigeon would be more reliable at this point.
