Bike BANDIT!!! GOOD NAME FOR THEM...THEY STOLED MY MONEY...I give 0 stars

I asked them to cut the amount of 350 dollars two months ago 10/1 2022, and I cannot communicate with them by any means. I am from outside the state. Can someone direct me to them?

Scam company. Do Not Use them They will take your money and do nothing!

I graciously ordered about 10 to 12 separate parts for my 1985 Honda Rebel totaling almost $250.00 in June 2021 with some expectations to receive it within a month but never gotten anything and they charged my account regardless of what. Checking order status online it says Processing, called and emailed numerous times to avail. It’s gotten me worried and after looking through several reviews, gosh are they out of business and their website is still taking orders?

Ordered parts in March of 2021 and finally received a shipping notice in September. Then the order sat at UPS for a month before they said it was lost. Put a claim in and wanted my money returned but all calls go unanswered.

Ordered November 2021 and requested a refund during end of that month. All communications stopped. All email attempts are going unanswered and I have not been reimbursed. Looking at some reviews it looks like the company seems to be closed..terrible company

The company has clearly shut down. But someone behind the scenes is fighting credit card chargebacks.

I put in a claim, and so far it has been denied. Luckily I can have a second attempt in arbitration.

Whoever is behind this company, is a nasty, nasty piece of sh....

Why is the website still up and accepting orders?

What an appropriate name. They are bandits. Received order and returned immediately. They acknowledged receipt and said refund in 10 days. No refund months later and no one responds to email or calls. Additionally someone at this company stole my credit card number and ran up $1500.00 in charges. American express refunded.

Same as a lot of people in the last couple months i Ordered $1200 worth of parts on dec 17th they took the money and told me one 1 out of 7 parts were available and i would be refunded. Still has yet to happen cant get through on the phone or on the live chat. I've sent 3 e-mails with zero response. trash customer service . order number 2112048717782300

You guys have a lotta questions and I have some answers for you all. The owners of this "fine establishment" have fired all employees back in December, nobody to answer emails or phone calls. They screwed over countless people including the vendors who provide the parts. Multiple lawsuits are already underway. I may have had the displeasure of having to BS some of you on the phones regarding your refunds, really sorry for that. Robert Rosenberg the owner has taken your money, and has zero intentions on processing your refunds. He also owns Veys Powersports, so you should probably steer clear of that business as well. Maybe you all can somehow exchange info for a class action lawsuit. But in the mean time YOU ALL NEED TO CONTACT YOUR BANKS AND FILE A CHARGEBACK. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU.

Ordered a fender back on Oct. 14, 2021. Immediate email stating it is backordered. Now over 3 months later, no part, they won't return calls, email links disabled, no live chat, no return of funds. ABSOLUTE SCAM.

I wish I could rate lower! Safe your money! Now they won’t even take calls! What a sorry company! Never received my order and never got my refund!

I ordered parts off their website on November 23, 2021. The parts I ordered were OEM Honda Generator parts which on their website were listed as “in-stock” I noticed they had an advisory listed on their home page stating they were having supply chain issues. So I used their “live chat” (which isn’t live) asking if the products I was about to order were in-stock. Someone replied a day later and stated they were all in stock and would be shipped out in 2 weeks after order was placed. So I ordered $500+ of parts. They charged my credit card ASAP and sent an order confirmation email ASAP. Well two weeks go by and my order is still listed as “in-progress” and I can’t even access the order on their website it states “server error” every time! So I wasn’t able to request a refund or cancel change the order. So I made numerous calls at various times and never got an answer. Left many voicemails and no response. Wrote many emails and no response…. Finally after a month I called my credit card company and filed a fraud claim against BikeBandit and luckily my credit card company was understanding and refunded my money since goods/items were not provided to me.

Please note that MANY other people are experiencing the same issues! If you were able to cancel/request a refund the customers are not receiving them! Do not order from this company/website! There is absolutely no customer service. I understand supply chains are an issue but that doesn’t mean get rid of customer service and not providing refunds!

They dont respond to emails, dont answer the phone and charged me for an item I ordered back in november, 2020 right after I ordered and its January 2021 and still no item or response.

this company has all but closed down, everyone in the customer service and sales department and warehouse were let go right before the holidays. there is NO ONE working here anymore, call your banks and file a charge back. that is the only way you will get money back from this company.

On Oct 31st ordered 2 parts.Was told parts were discontinued.Was told I recieve a refund to my card.Havent heard a word after several messages. Dont Buy anything from these crooks.You will not get refunds.Its only 21.39 But money is money.Order # 1858200954.Very disappointed with their operation.

ordered apart back in October 2021 . after 10 days from payment of 400+ Aus dollars , i was informed they could not supply my order . i then asked for a refund witch they said i would see in a few days . after many un replied emails and un answered phone calls , its now January 2022 and nothing . Absolute joke. Ordered parts 2 months ago and still heard nothing. I’ve emailed around 10 times with no reply. And everytime I try and phone I can’t get through. I spent a lot of money on the site and looks like I won’t be seeing anything that I’ve bought. Robbing c**ts

It's been 3 months since I ordered a few simple parts. After the first 3 weeks of hearing nothing I tried to cancel the order. It finally took multiple Facebook Messages to finally get a cancellation. Now it's been over 2 months and still no refund. They are thieves. They are located in Spring Valley Ca, outside of San Diego. I'd sure like some intel on there business, like are they open?
