So, after many e-mails and calls, with no result, finaly someone responded after giving them a one-star here at trustpilot (!?). So, my order was shipped, and after month finaly arrived. But offcourse one of the most expensive parts was missing. So now they have ripped me off for some bucks, and I have to order this part somewhere else. I have been shopping online for 20+ years, also a lot from china. But NEVER EVER expirienced so mutch trouble as this with Bikebandit :-(((

Ordered a brake switch for my Polaris RZR on November 8. They just stole my money, won't answer emails or the phone.
I think someone needs to go to jail.

This sit is a scam. Been waiting for 7 months for a refund on an item that never shipped.

Im waiting my refund since September 17, you guys are kidding!!

I ordered 2 parts from Bike Bandit. I was informed the 2nd part was back ordered after they took my money. They said I would get a refund. It has been over 1 1/2 months and still no money or response from follow-up emails. I submitted a complaint with the BBB.

Still no reply from the thieves oh and theyve blocked me out on everything now

Ordered a swing arm for my 4 wheeler and the took the money out same day. Also same day they email me saying it’s discontinued. It’s been about 2 months and still haven’t gotten a refund. They some bums I’ll go to Cali and smack all 20 employees on god!!!!!

Canceled order 2111301789339500 on November 17th my money still hasn't been refunded to my account nor have they responded to my email inquiring about my refund. I was sent an email confirmation of my order being canceled only after emailing to ask for cancelation then calling and leaving voice-mail when email was not responded to.

Bad shopping experience. I placed an order for more than $ 600 but it turned out that everything that was available was then sent me an email canceling it. I have been sending emails for more than a month and they still have not made me the return

Do not buy from this website I’ve ordered parts over $750 a month ago their website mentioned it’s available and once you purchase them they notify you it’s on backorder they charged me the same day I purchased it. sent emails call live chat no response at all and no refund till this day do not buy from this site do not buy from the site I recommend everyone to file dispute with their bank account to get their money backz

Ordered part back on Nov 9. Have not received any communication as to why I still haven’t received it almost a month later. Have tried numerous times to call and sent emails, no reply on either.
This company is Irresponsible any clearly has no interest in customer service.
I would suggest using a different company.

Ordered a side cover for a yamaha 400 and they sent back a message saying it was no longer available. But their website informs people they have it.

Charged for a set of tires. Two weeks later status still shows "not shipped yet." Is that even legal? Several attempts to contact them have gone nowhere.

I ordered a fuel tank they showed in stock. I got a email the following day saying, part is not available and they will refund my money. It’s been over a month now, no refund. I emailed the company and talked to Breanna a couple times she was quick to get back to me, and kept implying they are working on my refund. As of now she and no one else will answer any emails, and they don’t answer the phone.

Ordered 2 items from Bike Bandit 0n March 26, 2021. I was charged the full amount of $436.40 immediately. The order arrived in September but it was not the part I ordered - not even close. I contacted Bike Bandit immediately, arranged to return the wrong part, and canceled the order.

The returned part was received by Bike Bandit 10/7/2021 and I have yet to receive a credit for the $436.40 even though I have contacted Customer Service on 10/11 and 11/2. I contacted them again on 11/11/2021 but was greeted by a recording that stated no one was available to answer the phone but they would return my call if I leave a message. I did leave message but have received no returned call.
Avoid doing business with this place !!

I ordered a Shoei helmet at $629.99 and was charged immediately. Next day received an out of stock/backordered email. I cancelled the order per their policy and received a cancellation email. A month later still no refund and they are not returning calls. I will initiate a dispute immediately with my credit card company.

Ordered Part was back order they do not refund even if they send email about it. Thiefs with a name!

Can not deliver parts, but there always in transit, Then after you cancel your order they do not want to return your money. Run away from this place!
