Poor customer service

Had issue with the delivery - been trying to get in contact with their customer service. No one answers their phones, no one reached out after I left a message. no one responded to whatsapp messages, or via email/chat. There's no way to get in contact with anyone if something goes wrong. Abysmal support - if you want to risk thousands of dollars you're welcome to roll the dice with this company.

I bought a new bike it says so on my…

I bought a new bike it says so on my invoice. What showed up is a used bike that is damaged. And. I have called during business hours 4 times on 3 seperate days to resolve the issue, no one is ever there. And no one has called me back. What a scam.

What I ordered didn't arrive.

My bicycle arrived in a color I didn't order. I need it to train and prepare for my first Gran Fondo New York, and the reason I didn't order it before is because I didn't have enough money. Now that I've ordered it, I see it's not the color I expected. I called the store several times, but they're not answering my calls anymore, which is very unpleasant to receive from the people who sold me the bike.

We spoke on the phone yesterday at 12:30 p.m. and I let you know that I would do my best to resolve this issue. Unfortunately the seller who shipped the wrong color did not have your desired color in stock. We offered a discount on the incorrect color or a free shipping label to return the bike for a full refund. You chose to return the bike and we will process a full refund when the seller receives it. Internet purchase

I spoke to someone at the store by phone to confirm availability, condition and shipping details to Indiana on Tuesday afternoon. The person who assisted me was very helpful. I placed the order right after I got off the phone and received my bike Thursday afternoon. Friendly and fast.

Website list wrong price and cancels my order

Order Canceled for wrong price on Website.

I placed an order for a Larkspur 2, and received an email 3 days later that the order would have to be canceled because the price was incorrect on website. No opportunity to pay the difference or receive a discount or percentage off of my next purchase for the Bike Exchange oversight. I repurchased the bike, because I could not find it available anywhere else, but this I will not be purchasing the two remaining orders for family bikes through Bike Exchange.
