The three starts are for the website the prices they offer, the good quality and customer service. I would give them 5 if not for Yodel so I have reduced the two starts because of the courier service they use. I won't go into details, you can see my review for Yodel which was only 1 star (would give them minus if I could). I would love to use Bikes2udirect again but I definitely won't unless I am certain they are not shipping my order with Yodel.

I needed a quality bike for my daughters 5th Birthday. I had looked everywhere, and didn't really get any kind of service. I looked online with two days to go and it was looking bleek. So I decided to contact bikes 2u direct. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Louise from I first made contact with Louise my mind was put to rest. Louise sourced my local delivery depo and was able to confirm the quickest and easiest way I could receive my order. The bike is great too a bit tricky to put together and not as big as I thought it would be but my daughter loved it. I can't thank Louise enough I'd recommend Louise and Bikes2UDirect to everyone. Fanta service thank you Louise.

I ordered a bike, yodel failed to deliver then lied and said it had been delivered. Bikes 2u direct where very helpful in chasing this up and finding out what was going on.

When the bike was delivered I noticed a small area of damage, again highly likely caused by yodel

Bikes 2u direct responded rapidly via email and offered the appropriate compensation.

**BEWARE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE**
I ordered a bike for my daughter that has not arrived, I had so many deliveries due to it being my daughters birthday but haven’t received her bike. I left it until 18th/19th September in the hope it would arrive. I contacted the company the signatures don’t match. The signature reads d. river or driver.

Ben one of the Managers is not prepared to sort this out and is putting every block in my way to get this sorted! He’s saying the driver delivered my parcel to a Victorian house and as I have explained anyone can go on street view and look up a house, especially as my is the very first house on the street,
I don’t want a refund I just want the bike!!!
I WILL BE GOING TO CITIZENS ADVISE TO GET THRM TO HELP ME TAKE THIS CONPANY TO THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT WHICH WILL END UP COSTING THIS COMPANY MORE MONEY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO SEND ME A REPLACEMENT BIKE AS YODEL AS CLEARLY LOST IT!!

Ordered on Friday and delivered on Saturday - great service. Also, £50 cheaper than Halfords!

Great service from start to finish. Needed delivery fast due to birthday present emailed the support team and they replied withen an hour with next day delivery. Great service I would definitely recommend!

Bought bike at very good price. Delivered on time after special effort on their own behalf. Fault with bike mudguards resolved quickly and affectively. Well done.

I ordered a Viking Belgravia for my granddaughter on Sunday, 9th July 2017. The bike arrived in a large undamaged box early n Tuesday morning.
Unfortunately the paintwork of the frame was damaged so I called Bikes2U who promised to send a replacement and collect the first bike on Thursday. I was disappointed when the second bike arrived with similar damage. But my email to Bikes2U prompted them to send a third bike which arrived on Friday morning in perfect condition. I thought that their response in dealing with these problems was outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

The Dawes bike I bought for my daughter's 4th birthday was competitively priced and included free delivery. Once ordered, the bike was quickly dispatched with regular updates on my order. I was also able to track delivery online which I found very useful. My husband's attempts at building the bike however did not go well and he lost several pieces key to attaching the front wheel. But when I rang for advice, Ben couldn't have been more helpful. He was able to identify where my husband had gone wrong and what we needed to do to fix it, reassuring me that it wasn't a big job. He also said that if we couldn't find the parts we needed in our local bike shop, we should ring him back and he'd post them out to us. Luckily, we found the parts and the bike is ready to go PHEW! But I can't thank Ben enough for his help and excellent customer service thanks!

Unfortunately I don't have a good word to say about this company. Ordered my daughter this bike for her birthday in April (2017) and the ( pre-fitted !!! ) shaft had fallen off taking the pedal with it. I have tried to fix it sereval times ( using a machanic ) however it has been unsuccessful each time. Now the company have sent partsI have to pay to get it done by a professional. This bike was over £150 and these types of issues should not be occurring ! The customer service is appalling. WOULD 100% NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !

I have ordered my bike and put it up together. Few things were bent however I thought that it won't be a big deal. I took the bike for a ride and the quality of the bike felt very very poor. My chain is dropping every time I am changing the gear and this is caused by bent chain and everything around it.
I have contacted the company and said that I wanted to send it back but they won't allow me to do it as i took the bike for a ride. Ridiculous!
They said that they can pick it up and repair it however I have emailed them 3 times since then to arrange pick up date and no one has came back to me.
My bike is still broken !
I have wasted £170 !
I will never show at Bikes 2 U Direct again !

Buying a bike on line felt like a risk to me as it is such a large item, however, Bikes2uDirect were amazing! Not only were they the best price (by quite a lot), after a call to a really nice member of their team, they delayed the dispatch date so I would be home when it was delivered.

The bike was super easy to put together and it was even better than I expected from the photo.

Great job guys.. I truly would recommend this company and I know I that will be back to purchase again as my son grows older!

Bicycle arrived very quickly and this is good, but the top bar was slightly scratched and two screws necessary to fix the mudguard were missing. I sent an email to the customer service but I did not receive an answer yet.
Now I have to find some screws that are use to mouth the mudguard.
I don't know if this is their fault or the producer of the bicycle fault, but the instruction manual is poor and if you are not an expert you will have to google and find by yourself how do the tuning of the brakes and the wheel.
Next time I will buy elsewhere.

Lovely company. Very happy with the bike. Came the next and looks expensive. Happy 11 year old means happy parents. Will use again.

I know nothing about bike so my friend who loves bike built bike for me. (He didn't need instructions) It took him 40 mins to build. It seemed sooo difficult.
Bike is very nice and good price.
Rear light instruction is just a picture.
If you don't know bike very well and don't have someone to help you, I wouldn't recommend this website.

Delivery was fast without damage

Price was very good and after service was excellent. I would buy from them again. It's nice to have a good experience of buying off the internet with no hassle .
