Delivery delayed

Despite the delivery address being supplied correctly by upon ordering and then the same details confirmed to me by Bikesdirect365, the courier did not have the complete address. This resulted in the delivery being delayed for a week and the mistake was only discovered after I chased.

I have note had a chance to inspect the bike as yet.

excellent quick service

Ordered a bmx for my son for Christmas, came in less than 2 days. Was very easy to assemble, had to use my own tools as Allen keys provided were too rounded. Very pleased overall

perfect customer sevice

i spoke to someone from bikesdirect365 about an order that was mislayed he kept me informed every step of the way and i had a replacement within 48 hours. great company and super customer sevice.

Everything worked fine!

The transaction was what you'd hope for when buying an item online - simple ordering process, item arrived a couple of days later. Seems to be what I asked for in good working order. Cheers!

Super quick delivery of a good priced bike!

Order the bike late on Saturday night and it was delivered super quick on Tuesday morning, and for only £10. I searched the internet for the best priced ladies bike and Bikesdirect365 was the cheapest, which doesn't always mean the best. However, having had time to inspect the bike, it appears to be good quality and certainly not inferior to bikes I've viewed in specialist bike shops costing over twice as much. I am a very happy customer.

Great service

365 provide great service. Didn't receive my original order (gloves) and they organised an new one straight away. Would definitely recommend to other people who want to buy anything from them.

Super Fast and Efiicient

I was looking for a bike rack and bikesdirect had it at the best internet price. Best thing was that I ordered at 15:00 on Thursday then got a flurry of emails showing item was ready, then dispatched. I expected it on the Monday but no it arrives the next morning at 8:00. You cant grumble with that service !!!!
I will definately recommend and use again.

Good bike, great service.

I bought the Paragon Energy 26" Aluminium Mountain Bike, Mens, as a cheap one for university, and came within 2 days of ordering and was good quality. Unfortunately the front tyre had a puncture, but when I contacted bikesdirect365 they sent a new inner tube 2 days later, which I was very impressed by.
Overall, I'm left with a very good bike and very good service was provided.
